- This Tainan Green Tunnel charter bus offers five-seater (suitable for 1-4 people) and nine-seater (suitable for 5-8 people). Drivers and large luggage are not included. Children and infants require a seat. Please select the correct number of passengers when ordering to facilitate vehicle dispatch and insurance arrangements.
- This charter bus can be picked up and dropped off at Tainan Train Station, Tainan High Speed Rail Station, or designated locations in downtown Tainan.

- This chartered itinerary may be adjusted by the driver based on factors such as the number of participants, events, or weather conditions. This will not be announced separately by the company.
- Pre-departure instructions and contact information for the chartered vehicle will be announced one day prior to departure. Please check your member inbox.
- Please be on time for the day of the activity. No refunds will be given if passengers are unable to meet up or are separated from the group due to personal reasons.

This charter fee only includes transportation. It does not include attractions (Anping Tree House tickets, Sicao Green Tunnel boat ride), meals, any other expenses not specified in the itinerary, or any other expenses incurred by the itinerary.

Cancellation Clauses

Cancellations made 14 days before the start of the trip will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made 10-13 days (including the 10th day) before the start of the trip will incur a 30% handling fee.

Cancellations made 7-9 days (including the 7th day) before the start of the trip will incur a 50% handling fee.

Cancellations made 4-6 days (including the 4th day) before the start of the trip will incur a 60% handling fee.

Cancellations made 2-3 days (including the 2nd day) before the start of the trip will incur a 70% handling fee.

Cancellations made 1 day before the start of the trip will incur an 80% handling fee.

Cancellations made on the start day of the trip are not eligible for a refund.

If the event is affected by force majeure (e.g., typhoon warnings, heavy rain alerts, etc.), the organizer will determine whether to cancel the event. A refund will be issued after deducting a 10% handling fee. Alternatively, you can choose to reschedule your event, in which case no payment will be deducted.

If a request to reschedule is made due to personal reasons, it will be deemed a cancellation and will be handled in accordance with the cancellation policy above.

If you cancel your participation during the event due to reasons not attributable to the organizer, no refund will be given.
