[Airport Transfer] Taoyuan International Airport (TPE) - Taipei and Hsinchu Area Transfers

The transfer price includes taxes and tolls.

The driver will wait for 80 minutes (free waiting time) based on your flight's landing time. Please ensure you provide your flight number and arrival date and time in the "Notes" section of your booking information. If you exceed the waiting time, it will be considered a no-show and the driver will depart without a refund.

When booking, please provide a convenient contact method in Taiwan, such as a messaging app and account ID.

A sign-holding service is available for an additional fee. A representative will hold a sign for you at the airport arrivals hall (on your right after clearing immigration). Please look for the sign with your name on it.

Please note that you will receive reminders for the airport pickup service (including the driver's contact information and license plate number) via email.

In the event of flight delays: If your flight is delayed by more than one hour, the driver will wait for 60 minutes based on the actual arrival time. If your flight is delayed for more than one hour, please contact customer service before departure or after arrival to arrange a new vehicle.

If your connecting flight prevents you from making the original flight, no new vehicle will be provided or a refund will be offered.

If the number of passengers or luggage required does not match the requested number, resulting in an overload, the driver reserves the right to refuse service and no refund will be given.

The vehicle type or driver information may be adjusted without prior notice due to vehicle scheduling on the day. Please understand that.
