To ensure the sustainability of Green Island's underwater ecosystem, we've chosen a friendly snorkeling experience to uncover world-class underwater scenery and admire the vibrant colors of tropical fish and corals.

Through an inspiring pre-trip orientation, you'll easily learn about Green Island's marine ecosystem. Attentive instructors will remind you how to properly wear your gear and advise you on ways to minimize your environmental impact while in the water. After snorkeling, you're bound to feel hungry, so we offer Green Island-style snacks and drinks – a truly unique and special Green Island experience.

Travel Notes

- This experience is for two people and will be shared with other groups. Reservations are only accepted on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays during the off-season (October to May). During the peak season (June to September), it is closed on Tuesdays.
- This experience is suitable for children aged 5 and above. Children under 5 are not permitted.
- Pregnant women (and those who may become pregnant), those with heart disease, high blood pressure, asthma, diabetes, or epilepsy are not suitable for this activity.
- Prescription masks are available; please indicate this in the reservation notes.
- For group reservations, the activity time can be adjusted based on request.
- Pre-trip information and contact information will be notified before departure; please check your member inbox.
- The itinerary may be adjusted based on the number of participants, event dates, weather conditions, and other factors. The company will not announce this separately.
- Please meet on time on the day of the activity. No refunds will be given if you are unable to meet up due to personal reasons.
- Please bring your own reusable tableware and water bottle. Thank you.
- The trip may be cancelled if traffic is interrupted due to natural disasters such as typhoons or earthquakes or force majeure, or if the Central Weather Bureau issues a typhoon warning at sea.

Cancellation Clauses

Cancellations made 41 days prior to the start of the trip will incur a 5% handling fee.

Cancellations made 31-40 days prior to the start of the trip will incur a 10% handling fee.

Cancellations made 21-30 days (including the 30th day) prior to the start of the trip will incur a 20% handling fee.

Cancellations made 2-20 days (including the 20th day) prior to the start of the trip will incur a 30% handling fee.

Cancellations made 1 day prior to the start of the trip will incur a 50% handling fee.

Cancellations made 2 days prior to the start of the trip will incur a 50% handling fee.

Cancellations made 2 days prior to the start of the trip will incur a 20% handling fee.

Cancellations made 1 day prior to the start of the trip will incur a 50% handling fee.

Refunds are not available on the start date of the trip.

If the event is affected by force majeure (e.g., typhoon warnings, heavy rain alerts, etc.), the organizer will determine whether to cancel the event. A refund will be issued to the original payment method after deducting necessary expenses.

Requests for rescheduling due to personal reasons will be deemed cancellations and will be handled in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined above.

If participation is terminated during the event due to reasons beyond the organizer's control, no refund will be given.
