Located in Tongxiao, Miaoli, the nearly 60-year-old Sanheyuan Old House B&B maintains its original appearance and tranquil environment, allowing guests to experience the countryside and enjoy the beauty of nature outdoors. Gaze up at the starry night sky, listen to the chirping of insects and birds, and occasionally escape the hustle and bustle of the world to savor the simple beauty.

- A Little Story About Sanheyuan B&B-

Every brick and tile was carefully and firmly laid by my grandfather, bearing the love and care he had for his family. The owner, who had previously run a hotel business in Hualien and Taitung for 20 years, moved his elderly family to live with him, allowing the Sanheyuan to fall into disrepair. Driven by a promise to my grandfather and cherished childhood memories, we decided to return home eight years ago to renovate the Sanheyuan. Besides carrying on the wishes of the previous generation, we also hope to perpetuate the seeds of hope, allowing the next generation to experience rural life in traditional courtyard houses. Appreciate the quaint traditional courtyards, savor the leisurely pace of rural life, and breathe in the fresh air and warm sunshine alongside the abundant natural ecosystem on the grassy plains and by the ponds! Chasing shadows and following their footsteps in this heartwarming rural land.

The Sanheyuan has been legally registered as a B&B (Miaoli County B&B Bronze License No. 371).
The main residence is the owner's own residence, with traditional worship of deities and ancestral halls.
The left and right guard dragon rooms are each designated as four guest rooms (traditional Sanheyuan rooms), with shared bathrooms (including hairdryers):

Chunlan (four-person room): dormitory bed

Xiahe (four-person room): two standard double beds

Qiuju (two-person room): a king-size Chinese-style red sleeping bed

Dongmei (two-person room): a king-size Chinese-style red sleeping bed

All rooms are furnished in the traditional rural style.

No television, internet, or water dispenser are provided; no breakfast is included.

Air conditioning, bedding, toiletries, and mineral water are provided (depending on room type).
