Private Rain Dew Farm is a natural ecological park nestled in the foothills of Baxian Mountain, covering 6,000 square meters and boasting a pleasant climate with warm winters and cool summers year-round. Entering the farm, you'll be greeted by a glimpse of the forest, the distant mountain mist, and the gurgling water in the courtyard, all blending seamlessly. Here, time flows slowly and peacefully. Sit down and listen carefully to the natural dialogue between the mountains and the wind.

1. Wild Mushroom Rice: In this traditional rural rice dish, the ingredients are stir-fried sequentially to infuse the aroma within the pot. The rice is then added and stir-fried, allowing the aroma and umami flavor of the ingredients to envelop and infuse the rice grains. After simmering, the rice is opened and the aroma whets the appetite. The translucent rice exudes the authentic aroma of Taiwan in every bite.

2. Roasted Ma-Gao Shiitake Fish: Freshly harvested from the Pacific Ocean, the fish is marinated with chives and other spices from our farm, then grilled to maximize its sweetness. Finally, the indigenous Ma-Gao peppercorns enhance the flavor, creating a delicious fusion of mountain and sea. 3. Pandan, Vegetable, and Seafood Mix: Cut the fresh shrimp into small pieces to maintain a chewy texture, mix with minced meat, and season with chives. Then, wrap the seasonal vegetables from the farm in pandan cakes.
