Because the fish farm uses pure, natural seawater, creating a pristine, natural environment for the friendly farming of grouper and mullet, the resulting fish, shrimp, and shellfish are all incredibly tender, healthy, and fertile. The concept of "Direct from the Source, Fresh with No Time Difference"—using freshly caught, farmed seafood from their own farms—is combined with local, seasonal ingredients from Zhubei to create a diverse menu of delicious dishes.
