Enjoy a relaxing SUP paddle in the pristine waters of the upper Keelung River at Sandiaoling, passing railway bridges and tranquil river valleys. After arriving at a natural swimming pool, hop on a floating river tube and follow the stream to the world-class Dream Potholes. Witness the river's power, shaping the bizarre rock formations, and even challenge yourself to traverse the potholes beneath the water! Relax and breathe in the tranquil waters of the valley, before finally navigating the rapids. Three diverse activities will leave you wanting more!

Sandiaoling, located in Ruifang, New Taipei City, is known as the "Little Wonderland of the Keelung River Valley." Nearby are the Sandiaoling Historic Trail, the Sandiaoling Tunnel, and Sandiaoling Station, making it a popular photo spot for railroad enthusiasts. Nearby are Shifen Waterfall, Houtong Cat Village, Dahua Potholes, and other scenic waterfalls, including Motian Waterfall, Pipadong Waterfall, and Hegu Waterfall.

Because we love outdoor activities, we believe that the fairytale-like wonderland of Sandiaoling offers the perfect escape. Therefore, we'd like to introduce our special activities to everyone, allowing them to heal their body, mind, and spirit through fun and relaxation. For example, we'll explore the beautiful river valley and admire the dimples on the rocks through the ever-popular SUP and river rafting. Through water activities, we'll introduce the beautiful mountains and waters to everyone, allowing them to have fun and relax together while revitalizing the small village of Sandiaoling.

Travel Notes

[Booking Instructions]
． Please arrive at least 15 minutes in advance to change into your outfit for the Sandiaoling SUP River Rafting Experience!
． The recommended age range is 4-70 years old. Children under 12 years old must share a board with an adult. Children 12 and older are usually assigned one person per board, with two people sharing a board only if there are more people.
． You can participate even if you cannot swim, but you must be water-afraid. Life jackets must be worn throughout the experience and cannot be removed on your own.
． This activity is not recommended for participants with the following conditions: high blood pressure, heart disease, asthma, epilepsy, those recovering from surgery, or pregnant women. Participants are solely responsible for any accidents or injuries.
[Tour Instructions]
． Changing facilities, showers, restrooms, hairdryers, and simple lockers are available at the activity center. Please avoid bringing valuables.

There are no water dispensers at the base, so please bring your own water. However, food and beverages are available for sale.

During the Sandiaoling SUP River Rafting experience, it is not recommended to bring valuables. If you accidentally drop something overboard, we will not assist in recovering it, nor will we be held liable for damages.

During the Sandiaoling SUP River Rafting experience, the instructor will assist in taking photos, which will be uploaded to social media platforms for promotional purposes after the activity. If you have any concerns, please inform the instructor on site.

During the Sandiaoling SUP River Rafting experience, please always pay attention to your own safety, do not endanger others, and be willing to follow the instructor's instructions. If you do not follow the instructor's instructions, we reserve the right to terminate the activity immediately and without refund for the safety of both parties. We will be solely responsible for any injuries or deaths caused by personal negligence.

By registering, you agree that outdoor activity safety is our top priority. The sailing distance may be adjusted based on on-site conditions, such as weather factors such as typhoons, heavy rain, landslides, and the physical condition of group members. The company reserves the right to modify the activity content and itinerary.

Tour Pricing

The cost includes:

- Instructor instruction and full supervision
- Guided tour and explanation during the activity
- Full equipment use: life jacket, helmet, non-slip shoes, SUP board, paddle, and air ring
- Toiletries provided
- Photo recordings
- Activity insurance

Cancellation Clauses

Cancellations made up to 6 days before the start of the trip will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made between 1 and 5 days before the start of the trip will incur a 30% handling fee.

Cancellations made on the day of the trip are not eligible for a refund.

Cancellations made after the start of the trip are not eligible for a refund.

If the event is affected by force majeure (e.g., typhoon warnings, heavy rain alerts, etc.), the organizer will determine whether to cancel the event. A refund will be issued to the original payment method after deducting necessary expenses.

If you wish to reschedule your event for personal reasons, you must notify us in advance. You may reschedule once. After rescheduling, you will not be able to cancel or refund the event.

Rescheduling within 5 days prior to the event will be deemed a cancellation and will be handled in accordance with the cancellation policy above.

If you cancel your participation during the event due to reasons beyond the organizer's control, no refund will be given.

If you wish to reschedule your event due to personal reasons, you must notify us in advance. You may reschedule once. After rescheduling, no further cancellations or refunds will be granted.

Rescheduling within 3 days prior to the event will be deemed a cancellation and will be handled in accordance with the cancellation policy above.

If participation is terminated due to reasons not attributable to the organizer, no refund will be given.

Getting There

※ Public Transportation:
Take the local train to Sandiaoling Train Station. After exiting the station, walk straight along the only small road for 15 minutes, a total of 950 meters. (When you see the first bridge, take the underpass at the end and walk along the tracks. When you see the second bridge, bravely cross it. The campground is on the right after crossing the bridge.)

※ Driving:
There is free parking in the village, and you can also park on the roadside. After parking, walk into the village for 2 minutes, cross the tracks, and you will reach the campground meeting point.
** Please note that when crossing the tracks, check to see if there are trains coming from either side, as they can run in both directions.**
