If an accident or other problem or damage requires repair or cleaning of the vehicle, the following fees will be charged as business losses for the repair and cleaning:

・If the driver is able to return the vehicle to a designated rental car dealership after the accident, the NOC is 20,000 yen.

・If the vehicle cannot be returned, the NOC is 50,000-100,000 yen.

・For enhanced coverage, you can purchase a peace of mind insurance at the dealership for 880 yen per day. If an accident occurs after purchase, you will not have to pay the NOC fee of 50,000-100,000 yen.

Travel Notes

– Please select the number of people you wish to order. The base price is for one vehicle per day. For multiple days, please add it to your plan. For two vehicles, please place your order in two installments.
– We do not offer specific vehicle models; images are for reference only.
– Japanese law requires children under the age of 6 to ride in a child seat.
– If you have special requests, such as a child safety seat, please indicate your child's age when booking. If you require a child safety seat on the day of your reservation, you will be charged 540 yen per seat on-site.
– If your return is delayed, please contact the store in advance.
– Please return the vehicle with a full tank of gas. If the tank is less than full, a fuel charge will be applied.
– Please return the vehicle 30 minutes before closing time at each branch.
– Please bring all required documents with you when renting. If your rental is unsuccessful due to missing or invalid documents, the full rental price will be charged. No refunds or date changes will be accepted. Please note this.

Cancellation Clauses

Cancellations made 7 days prior to the start of the trip will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made 4-6 days (including the 6th day) prior to the start of the trip will incur a 30% handling fee.

Cancellations made 3 days (including the 3rd day) prior to the start of the trip will not receive a refund.

Cancellations made on the start date of the trip will not receive a refund.

If the event is affected by force majeure (e.g., typhoon warnings, heavy rain alerts, etc.), the organizer will determine whether to cancel the event. A full refund may be offered, or the participant may choose to reschedule the event.

Rescheduling requests due to personal reasons will be deemed cancellations and will be handled in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined above.

If participation is terminated due to reasons not attributable to the organizer, no refund will be given.
