Travel Notes

– Each adult can bring one child under 6 years old free of charge. Please bring your passport for inspection.
– The Tottori Uradome Coast Cruise will operate as scheduled even in light rain. However, due to heavy rain or typhoons, the cruise may be suspended if visibility is poor. Please understand this.
– Strollers cannot be brought on board due to lack of space on board. Strollers can be left at the boarding counter.
– Pets cannot be brought on board, but can be left at the counter. Please understand this.
– Smoking is prohibited on board. A snack bar is available on board, where you can enjoy a meal.
– Shrimp-flavored crackers are available for purchase on board to feed the seagulls.
– Passengers prone to seasickness should take motion sickness medication.

Cancellation Clauses

Cancellations made 7 days prior to the start of the trip will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made 4-6 days (including the 6th day) prior to the start of the trip will incur a 30% handling fee.

Cancellations made 3 days (including the 3rd day) prior to the start of the trip will not receive a refund.

Cancellations made on the start date of the trip will not receive a refund.

If the event is affected by force majeure (e.g., typhoon warnings, heavy rain alerts, etc.), the organizer will determine whether to cancel the event. A full refund may be offered, or the participant may choose to reschedule the event.

Rescheduling requests due to personal reasons will be deemed cancellations and will be handled in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined above.

If participation is terminated due to reasons not attributable to the organizer, no refund will be given.

Getting There

From JR Tottori Station, take a bus bound for Iwami Station, Iwagakure Onsen, or Kabushima Island from Bus Stop 4. Get off at the Uradome Kaigan Boat Stop (島めぐり遊覧船のりば). The bus departs for about 40 minutes.
