During your Segway experience, your instructor will also take photos and show you around every corner of the Tottori Sand Dunes!

The Tottori Segway will take you even to difficult areas. With your field of vision raised by 30 centimeters, the view of Tottori will be completely different from what you'd normally see on foot. Travel Notes

– For safety reasons, the Tottori Segway experience is limited to participants aged 16 and above, weighing between 45 and 105 kg.
– The Tottori Segway experience lasts approximately two hours, and the actual duration will depend on the conditions on the day.
– Depending on the weather, the Tottori Segway experience may be suspended mid-trip. No refunds will be given in this case. Please understand.
– If the weather is bad on the day of the experience, the tour team will notify you of the cancellation by emailing you. Please be sure to check this email address. A full refund will be issued in this case.
– On the day of the Tottori Segway experience, please follow the instructions of the professional instructor at all times. Any damage to the segway caused by improper operation will be the responsibility of the traveler.
– Please wear sportswear or clothing suitable for comfortable movement during the Tottori Segway experience. – The use of cameras and mobile phones is prohibited during the Tottori Segway experience. You must use both hands and wear a helmet at all times.

Cancellation Clauses

Cancellations made 7 days prior to the start of the trip will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made 4-6 days (including the 6th day) prior to the start of the trip will incur a 30% handling fee.

Cancellations made 3 days (including the 3rd day) prior to the start of the trip will not receive a refund.

Cancellations made on the start date of the trip will not receive a refund.

If the event is affected by force majeure (e.g., typhoon warnings, heavy rain alerts, etc.), the organizer will determine whether to cancel the event. A full refund may be offered, or the participant may choose to reschedule the event.

Rescheduling requests due to personal reasons will be deemed cancellations and will be handled in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined above.

If participation is terminated due to reasons not attributable to the organizer, no refund will be given.
