– In case of rain or poor cherry blossom conditions, the tour will depart as scheduled. Please note that the tour will depart in the event of rain or poor cherry blossom conditions.
– The local Chinese customer service app will confirm the time, meeting point, and itinerary with you the day before departure. Please keep your messaging system open.
– The Jinhae Cherry Blossom Viewing Day Charter Tour lasts 10 hours, including any delays. If the tour is delayed due to any reason on the day of departure, a KRW30,000 overtime fee will be charged to the driver or guide for each hour. If the delay is less than 30 minutes, no additional fee will be charged. However, if the delay exceeds 31 minutes, it will be treated as a full hour delay and will incur an overtime fee. If the actual service time is after 10:00 PM, an additional KRW20,000 fee will be charged to the driver or guide.
– Infant seats are not available on the Jinhae Cherry Blossom Viewing Day Charter Tour.

Cancellations made 7 days prior to the start of the trip will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made 4-6 days (including the 6th day) prior to the start of the trip will incur a 30% handling fee.

Cancellations made 3 days (including the 3rd day) prior to the start of the trip will not receive a refund.

Cancellations made on the start date of the trip will not receive a refund.

If the event is affected by force majeure (e.g., typhoon warnings, heavy rain alerts, etc.), the organizer will determine whether to cancel the event. A full refund may be offered, or the participant may choose to reschedule the event.

Rescheduling requests due to personal reasons will be deemed cancellations and will be handled in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined above.

If participation is terminated due to reasons not attributable to the organizer, no refund will be given.
