Travel Notes

╴ The pick-up date selected at the time of booking is for reference only. You can pick up your ICOCA card at any counter within 90 days of booking.
╴ Includes ¥1,500 in stored value and a ¥500 deposit. If you wish to return your ICOCA card after your trip, you can do so at a JR West counter for a ¥200 handling fee and a refund of your ¥500 deposit.
╴ Your ICOCA card will expire 10 years after its last use.
╴ Children aged 0-5 ride free on ICOCA-compliant transportation. Children aged 6 and over pay the same fare as adults.

Cancellation Clauses

Cancellations made 7 days prior to the start of the trip will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made 4-6 days (including the 6th day) prior to the start of the trip will incur a 30% handling fee.

Cancellations made 3 days (including the 3rd day) prior to the start of the trip will not receive a refund.

Cancellations made on the start date of the trip will not receive a refund.

If the event is affected by force majeure (e.g., typhoon warnings, heavy rain alerts, etc.), the organizer will determine whether to cancel the event. A full refund may be offered, or the participant may choose to reschedule the event.

Rescheduling requests due to personal reasons will be deemed cancellations and will be handled in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined above.

If participation is terminated due to reasons not attributable to the organizer, no refund will be given.
