Cancellations made 8 days prior to the start of the trip will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made 2-7 days prior to the start of the trip (including the 7th day) will incur a 30% handling fee.
Cancellations made 1 day prior to the start of the trip will incur a 50% handling fee.
Cancellations made on the day of the trip will not receive a refund.
If the event is affected by force majeure (e.g., typhoon warnings, heavy rain alerts, etc.), the organizer will determine whether to cancel the event and may refund the amount after deducting any necessary expenses.
Rescheduling requests due to personal reasons will be deemed cancellations and will be handled in accordance with the cancellation policy above.
