- Children aged 5 and above are recommended. Children under 15 must be accompanied by a parent at all times.
- All activities are covered by insurance. Please complete your participant information when booking to facilitate insurance processing.
- This activity is a chartered boat with a maximum passenger capacity of 16. Reservations are welcome.
- Please meet 15 minutes before the activity start time.

- Life jackets are required at all times during the Tainan Anping Sailing Experience.
- Any open water activity carries certain risks. Please assess your own risk before signing up.
- During the experience, you must follow the captain's safety instructions and guidance.
- This tour is not recommended for infants, pregnant women, or those with heart disease, high blood pressure, or epilepsy.
- In the event of bad weather, force majeure or emergency, the captain reserves the right to change the itinerary, including changing the route, destination or cancelling the trip.

The cost does not include:

Any expenses not mentioned in this itinerary, any self-funded expenses or any expenses arising from the itinerary.

Cancellation Clauses

Cancellations made up to 4 days before the start of the trip will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made 2-3 days (including the 3rd day) before the start of the trip will incur a 30% handling fee.

Cancellations made up to 1 day (including the 1st day) before the start of the trip will not receive a refund.

Cancellations made on the day of the trip will not receive a refund.

If the event is affected by force majeure (e.g., typhoon warnings, heavy rain alerts, etc.), the organizer will determine whether to cancel the event. A refund will be issued to the original payment method after deducting necessary expenses.

Rescheduling requests due to personal reasons will be deemed cancellations and will be handled in accordance with the cancellation policy above.

If participation is terminated due to reasons not attributable to the organizer, no refund will be given.
