"Shiroi Koibito" is a famous white chocolate dessert in Hokkaido, and Shiroi Koibito Park is a tourist attraction dedicated to it. Here, you can tour the Shiroi Koibito Chocolate Factory, witnessing the chocolate-making process on the assembly line, admire chocolate-related collections, and even make your own Shiroi Koibito chocolate cookies.

Entering the park, you'll see a red brick building resembling a fairytale castle, which houses the chocolate factory. Outside, there's a moving puppet clock tower. Every hour on the hour, the puppets on the clock tower begin singing and dancing, creating a joyful "Chocolate Carnival." When you purchase your ticket, you'll receive a Shiroi Koibito Park "passport" as a souvenir.

Up on the second floor, you'll see the "Aurora Spring" fountain, where water flows down colorful pottery, illuminated by vibrant lights. Then, you'll see a collection of exquisite chocolate cups and learn about the history of chocolate in the "Chocolate Time Tunnel."

Located in the heart of Sapporo, Hitsujigaoka Observatory boasts vast pastures where sheep graze, creating a sense of northern pastoral charm. From there, you'll enjoy sweeping views of the Ishikari Plain.

The bronze statue of Dr. William Smith Clark, the father of Hokkaido's development, completed in 1976 by sculptor Michisensei Sakatan, stands here with the phrase "Boys, Be Ambitious." His raised right hand points toward the distance, symbolizing "the eternal truth lies beyond," conveying the message of looking toward the distance and having lofty aspirations. The Sapporo Blanche Church (White Birch Forest) serves as a wedding venue, blessing couples as they embark on a new journey and a life of happiness.

Mount Moiwa in Sapporo is named after the Ainu people. It's called "yin ga ru shi" (yin ga ru shi). pe. It means overlooking the entire city from a high vantage point. As its name suggests, from the summit of Mount Moiwa, at an altitude of 531 meters, you can not only overlook the chessboard-like cityscape of Sapporo, but also the Ishikari Plain, Ishikari Bay, and even the Yubari Mountains and Mount Eniwadake near Lake Shikotsu.

The summit observatory also features a bell of happiness. On July 1, 2012, Sapporo's Mount Moiwa was designated a "Lovers' Sanctuary." In winter, the snow-covered city lights gradually increase in intensity, enveloping the entire city with breathtaking scenery.

Okurayama, overlooking the city of Sapporo, stretches far into the horizon. In 1972, Sapporo hosted the Sapporo Winter Olympics. Okurayama became famous as the ski jumping venue at the time.

Now, it boasts state-of-the-art facilities for summer ski jumping and night ski jumping competitions, and has hosted numerous international competitions. A double lift takes you to the ski jumping starting point at an altitude of 307 meters. From the observation deck, you can enjoy a breathtaking view of Sapporo's cityscape and the vast Ishikari Plain.
