- After receiving your physical ticket, please scratch off the date you wish to use it on. If you scratch off the wrong date, your ticket will not be valid.
- Kyushu Beppu Bus One-Day Pass is non-refundable after scratching. Please note that tickets with wrinkles, stains, or water damage are not refundable.
