[Registration Instructions]
- The tour group size is limited to one person, and departures are daily.
- The bus will depart on time. Please arrive at the meeting point at least 10 minutes before departure. No refunds will be given if you are late for personal reasons and cannot join the tour. Please note this.
- According to Japanese law, the vehicle cannot be used for more than 10 hours. Therefore, the tour guide may adjust the itinerary based on the actual situation on the day. Please understand this.
- As this day tour is a shared ride, please be sure to arrive at the meeting point or attraction on time. No refunds will be given for late arrivals. Any unexpected expenses and liabilities incurred due to late arrivals will be borne by you.
- We will do our best to accommodate seating requests, but seating is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have special requests, please inform us in the comments section. Final arrangements will be subject to coordination with the tour guide on the day.
- Please note: As this is a shared ride, there may be guests who speak other languages traveling with you.
- You are not permitted to leave the group early or during the tour. If you leave the group midway, the uncompleted portion will be considered forfeited and no refund will be given. You will be responsible for any incidents that may occur after your departure.
- This tour does not include the Takachiho Gorge boat cruise, which cannot be booked in advance and can only be booked on-site. Passengers wishing to experience this experience should inquire with local facilities upon arrival.
- This tour schedule does not coincide with the boat cruise, so booking this experience is not recommended. Any losses incurred will be at your own expense.
- The order of scenic area visits may be subject to change depending on traffic, weather, lunch facilities, and other conditions. Thank you for your understanding!
- Passengers on the "No Meal" package will not be able to use the Takachiho local shuttle bus and will need to return to the parking lot on their own.
- In the event of adverse weather conditions such as typhoons or snowstorms, cancellation of the tour will be determined one day prior to departure (12:00 PM local time) and notification will be sent via email at any time thereafter.
- Our company will not inform you of your guide or vehicle details on the day of the tour in advance. Please meet at the designated time and location. Your guide will be wearing an orange vest and holding a white Easygo flag.

[Price Information]
- Entrance fees to the Shirakawa Water Source are at your own expense, and an environmental support fee of 100 yen per person is required.
- Each guest may bring up to one piece of luggage free of charge. Please note this in the "Special Requests" section when placing your order. If you require additional luggage without at least one day's notice, your guide reserves the right to refuse boarding and no refund will be given.
- We will arrange different vehicle types based on the number of participants; we cannot specify a specific vehicle. Please understand.
- In the event of severe weather such as typhoons or natural disasters, the entire tour may be temporarily canceled. We will notify you by email and provide a full refund.
- Guests with tattoos are not permitted to enter the hot spring facilities. Please use the family hot springs at your own expense.

[Other Matters]
- Due to force majeure factors such as inclement weather, the park may adjust the times of attractions and performances, or even cancel some activities. Please understand this.
- Transportation, tours, and durations are subject to actual conditions on the day. In the event of traffic congestion, weather, or other factors, the tour guide may adjust the order of the tours without reducing the number of attractions.
- Seasonal activities (such as cherry blossoms, autumn leaves, flowering periods, illuminations, fireworks, snow scenes, and festivals) are significantly affected by weather or force majeure. No refunds will be given if the expected results are not met. Please refer to official notification for details.
- Due to the long drive, the actual arrival time may be affected by traffic and weather conditions. The above times are only estimates. Guests with flights on the same day are not recommended to participate in this tour. Our company assumes no responsibility for any delays that result in flight cancellation.
- For safety reasons, staff reserve the right to request that guests cancel outdoor activities and make alternative arrangements. Specific arrangements will be subject to actual conditions on the day.
- Lunch is a Japanese set meal. Please indicate any dietary requirements in the "Notes" section when booking.
- If the restaurant listed above is unable to accommodate, an Aso beef yakiniku set meal will be served instead. (For those who do not eat beef, a chicken or vegetarian set meal is available; please indicate this in the "Notes" section.)
