Travel Notes

╴ After placing your reservation, please provide your desired Shinkansen boarding date and time and pick-up location in the "Notes" section. If you wish to pick up your ticket at Narita Airport Terminal 1, we will book your ticket for a train departing between 10:00 AM and 10:30 AM on February 1st.
╴ The redemption counter is open 7 days a week from 8:30 AM to 10:00 PM.
╴ On the designated date, please arrive at your boarding location in advance. Find your Shinkansen car number at the Shinkansen boarding point and find your designated seat on the train.
╴ You will receive two tickets: one for the train and one for the limited express ticket. Please insert both tickets into the automatic ticket gate upon boarding, and remember to remove your tickets.
╴ The combined length, width, and height of your luggage must not exceed 250 cm. Luggage exceeding 2 meters in length is prohibited. Each person is limited to two pieces of luggage, and the maximum weight of the luggage must not exceed 30 kg.
