Travel Notes

- Each adult can bring one infant aged 0-2 years free. Please bring the infant's passport at the entrance for verification.
- If you purchase a package ticket, you can redeem all your tickets at either Dreamworld or SkyPoint Observation Deck for admission. However, you must use your package ticket within 7 days of redemption. Entry to both locations is limited to one. For example, if you enter Dreamworld on September 1st, you must use your SkyPoint Observation Deck ticket by September 7th.
- Dreamworld opening hours: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Closed on Anzac Day, April 25th, and Christmas Day, December 25th.
- SkyPoint Observation Deck opening hours: Sunday to Thursday: 7:30 AM - 7:00 PM, last admission: 6:30 PM. Friday and Saturday: 7:30 AM - 9:00 PM, last admission: 8:30 PM.
- Some Dreamworld attractions are currently undergoing maintenance. Please refer to the official website for details.
- SkyPoint reserves the right to change operating hours at any time. Please check the official website in advance.
- SkyPoint Observation Deck is open to those aged 18 and over after 8:00 PM on Fridays and Saturdays. Please wear formal attire.
- Visitors who wish to purchase the koala cuddle experience must be at least 140 cm tall and able to hold a koala. If you are unable to hold a koala, a caretaker will assist and take a photo together. Caretakers reserve the right to refuse a child from holding a koala.
- Visitors who purchase the Koala Hug Experience should note that Queensland, Australia, has a koala-friendly environment with limited hours each day for photo opportunities. Therefore, please arrive early to participate in the photo session.
- This ticket is non-transferable and non-refundable under any circumstances.
- The official website reserves the right of final decision regarding exchange.

- Dreamworld:

Approximately 30 minutes' drive northwest from the Gold Coast and 40 minutes' drive south from Brisbane.

From Brisbane, take the BDVL to Coomera, then transfer to bus No. 720 to Dreamworld.

From the Gold Coast, take the VLBD to Coomera, then transfer to bus No. 720 to Dreamworld.

- SkyPoint Observation Deck:

Approximately a 6-minute walk from Surfers Paradise, Gold Coast.
