The beautiful and magnificent "Snow Corridor" is only visible in spring. In Zao Town, the Zao ECO Line Snow Corridor is closed during the winter. From late April to mid-May, when it's open, you can see snow walls lining the road. During this time, you can enjoy the Zao ECO Line Snow Corridor's snow-covered corridor and the cherry blossoms in full bloom in the surrounding town.

Funaoka Castle Park is the only park in Miyagi Prefecture selected as one of the "100 Famous Cherry Blossom Spots." Every year during cherry blossom season, it attracts hundreds of thousands of visitors to witness the spectacular spectacle of thousands of cherry trees in full bloom, stretching from the riverbank to the mountaintops. The sprawling park is surrounded by cherry blossoms in every corner, and along the path, daffodils and forsythia flowers are a vibrant sight. A stroll through the park is truly romantic!

The Shiroishi River Ichimoku Senbonzakura, known as Ichimoku Senbonzakura, stretches for approximately 8 kilometers. The Shiroishi River's Ichimoku Senbonzakura, which flows through Ogawara-machi, features cherry trees over 80 years old and Yoshino cherry trees. The phrase "Ichimoku Senbonzakura" means "a thousand cherry trees at a glance." The Shiroishi River Ichimoku Senbonzakura boasts approximately 1,200 cherry trees, offering breathtaking views of the Zao Mountain Range, still shrouded in snow, and the blossoms in full bloom.
