Exclusive to Nan'ao Nashan Valley in Yilan, Nashan Valley Rafting offers a river rafting adventure using imported professional equipment. Experience the beauty of Nan'ao's natural landscapes and explore the surrounding mountains and rivers. Children aged 5 to 65 are welcome to experience the fun of this rafting adventure. Professional instructors will accompany you throughout the trip, providing you with all the necessary safety gear (helmets, life jackets, and river trekking shoes). Enjoy a safe and enjoyable trip to the refreshing waters of Yilan's Nashan Valley.

Travel Notes

The Nan'ao Nashan Valley River Rafting Activity in Yilan is suitable for ages 5-65. The weight limit is 100 kg. Please inform us in advance if you are unfit due to illness or physical condition.

The Nan'ao Nashan Valley River Rafting Activity in Yilan is available from approximately March to October each year.

The tour will normally depart even if it rains! If you would like to cancel on a rainy day, please confirm your reservation to avoid disrupting the safety of others.

This activity is not recommended for people with high blood pressure, heart disease, pregnant women, asthma, fear of heights, epilepsy, or other conditions that are difficult to tolerate excessive stimulation.

On the day of the activity, please wear a swimsuit or casual clothing (no jeans).

River trekking shoes will be provided, but it is recommended that you bring your own slippers or sandals for a change of clothing.

During the Nashan Nagu River Rafting activity, the instructor will provide a waterproof camera for everyone to take photos. However, you may bring your own waterproof camera, but please ensure it is securely secured, as cameras are prone to loss in the river.

Please do not be late for the meeting on the day of the Nan'ao Nashan Nagu River Rafting activity. To protect the rights of other participants, if you are more than half an hour late, you will not be allowed to wait and will depart without a refund.

This Nan'ao Nashan Nagu River Rafting activity is subject to weather adjustments. Please pay attention to email or text message notifications. In the event of a typhoon or devastating rainstorm, cancellations will be made with at least one day's notice and a full refund will be issued. Our team's principle is "If there is danger, we will not depart; if we depart, we will guarantee safety."

Our instructors reserve the right to make on-the-spot route and activity arrangements.

Cancellation Clauses

Cancellations made 8 days prior to the start of the trip will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made 2-7 days (including the 7th day) prior to the start of the trip will incur a 10% handling fee.

Cancellations made within 1 day (including the 1st day) prior to the start of the trip will not be refunded.

If the event is affected by force majeure (e.g., typhoon warnings, heavy rain alerts, etc.), the organizer will determine whether to cancel the event. A refund will be issued using the original payment method after deducting necessary expenses.

Rescheduling requests due to personal reasons will be deemed cancellations and will be handled in accordance with the cancellation policy above.

If participation is terminated due to reasons not attributable to the organizer, no refund will be given.
