Travel Notes

- Please check in at the counter at least 15 minutes before the event to avoid delays that could affect other participants.
- This tour offers four time slots: 11:00 AM, 1:00 PM, 3:00 PM, and 5:00 PM. Please select your preferred time slot.
- Penghu parasailing experience flight restrictions: Participants must be at least 120 cm tall and weigh between 30 and 100 kg.
- Penghu parasailing experience is not recommended for those with high blood pressure, heart disease, fear of heights, asthma, epilepsy, or pregnancy.
- No swimsuit is required for the Penghu parasailing experience; wet clothes are sufficient. High-heeled shoes are prohibited. After the event, please prepare a change of clothes; high-heeled shoes are not recommended.
- There are no changing rooms at the meeting point (restrooms are available). Please change clothes beforehand if necessary.
- Please bring a small carry-on bag for the Penghu parasailing experience; large backpacks are not recommended. - Those not participating in the Penghu parasailing experience may board the boat (on-site fee of $300 per person). However, if the number of participants reaches 10, those participating will be given priority. The company reserves the right to deny boarding to any other participants at the time of departure.
- The Penghu parasailing experience may be canceled due to adverse sea conditions, and children may be denied entry due to excessive wind and waves. (The captain determines the definition of a child, taking weight and other factors into consideration.)
- Please follow the instructor's instructions. The company reserves the right to terminate the trip if any person refuses to comply or engages in unsafe behavior.
- Penghu parasailing experience will send a separate pre-trip notice via email prior to the event, so please pay special attention to your member inbox.

Cancellation Clauses

Cancellations made 14 days before the start of the trip will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made 10-13 days (including the 10th day) before the start of the trip will incur a 30% handling fee.

Cancellations made 7-9 days (including the 7th day) before the start of the trip will incur a 50% handling fee.

Cancellations made 4-6 days (including the 4th day) before the start of the trip will incur a 60% handling fee.

Cancellations made 2-3 days (including the 2nd day) before the start of the trip will incur a 70% handling fee.

Cancellations made 1 day before the start of the trip will incur an 80% handling fee.

Cancellations made on the start day of the trip are not eligible for a refund.

If the event is affected by force majeure (e.g., typhoon warnings, heavy rain alerts, etc.), the organizer will determine whether to cancel the event. A refund will be issued after deducting a 10% handling fee. Alternatively, you can choose to reschedule your event, in which case no payment will be deducted.

If a request to reschedule is made due to personal reasons, it will be deemed a cancellation and will be handled in accordance with the cancellation policy above.

If you cancel your participation during the event due to reasons not attributable to the organizer, no refund will be given.
