Fuji-Q Highland is renowned for its numerous thrilling rides. Since 2000, it has also gradually added family-friendly attractions. It's said that the high number of thrilling rides at Fuji-Q Highland stems from the fact that Fujikyu Railway's president, Koichiro Horiuchi, is a fan. Since the opening of "FUJIYAMA" in 1996, the park has been adding new large-scale thrilling rides every five years to continuously break Guinness World Records. "High Flying Car," which debuted on July 16, 2011, achieved a total of nine Guinness World Records, including 14 for the show. In addition to thrilling rides, the park also boasts numerous themed attractions, such as Thomas Land and Lisa & Gaspard's Town, with other themed attractions constantly being added.
