[Booking Instructions]
． The Northeast Jiao Longdong SUP Snorkeling Experience has an age limit of 12 years and above. For safety and physical fitness reasons, children aged 12-18 must be accompanied by a parent at all times. Unaccompanied children will not be permitted to participate. School groups must obtain parental consent.
． Please ensure you are in good health. Those with heart disease, high blood pressure, or other medical conditions are not suitable for this experience and should not sign up for the Northeast Jiao Longdong SUP Snorkeling Experience.
． The Northeast Jiao Longdong SUP Snorkeling Experience offers both single and double board options. Please choose your preferred option based on your physical fitness. Single board participants must be 16 years and above, and the combined weight of two people per board must not exceed 150 kg.
． Target Audience: The Northeast Coast Longdong SUP snorkeling experience offers a flexible experience and is popular with outdoor enthusiasts. However, SUP boards are less resistant to wind and waves at sea, so those choosing to ride alone are advised to have prior experience in ocean activities.


You will need to swim and climb to the Longdong diving area, so those with strong swimming skills are recommended.


Those without transportation can purchase the "Taipei Main Station Shared Ride Shuttle" service. The shuttle meeting point is Taipei Main Station East Gate 3. Each shuttle requires a minimum of 4 people to depart. If the number of passengers is insufficient, a refund will be issued 3 days in advance. Please find alternative transportation; this cannot be used as a reason for cancellation.


[Group Information]


This activity requires 6 people per group. If the group is insufficient, we will notify you at least 3 days in advance to reschedule, hold, or refund the trip.


The maximum number of participants for this activity is 12. Participants exceeding this limit will be separated.
[ Itinerary Information ]
． Pets are allowed on board (small and medium-sized dogs only, a fee applies), one per board. Please ensure your pet is water-resistant and bring your own life jacket. Those without a life jacket will not be allowed to participate.


For spring and autumn activities, those who are sensitive to cold weather can purchase and rent cold-weather clothing upon booking and arrive at the meeting point early to pick it up and change into clothing.


The meeting time for the Northeast Jiao Longdong SUP Snorkeling Experience may be adjusted by half an hour depending on factors such as the season, the number of participants, and service quality. Any changes will be confirmed individually after registration and will be notified in the pre-trip notice.


The Northeast Jiao Longdong SUP Snorkeling Experience is an outdoor activity. To protect the natural environment, changing tents will be provided after the activity. Alternatively, you can choose to change clothes and wash at various shower facilities on site at your own expense.


At the Dragon Cave diving area, you will need to swim and climb to the diving point on your own. Please follow the on-site instructor's assessment and instructions and proceed according to the regulations.


During the Northeast Coast Dragon Cave SUP snorkeling activity, no refunds will be given if the trip is not completed due to sudden weather changes, safety concerns, or personal reasons.


If the Northeast Coast Dragon Cave SUP snorkeling activity has already begun, pre-trip training has been completed, and the group has already sailed, but a passenger is unable to join due to delayed gathering or absenteeism, no refunds will be given.


The Northeast Coast Dragon Cave SUP snorkeling activity schedule is subject to adjustment based on participant availability, facility conditions, and weather conditions. Safety and overall quality are paramount. Please follow the instructions of the instructor and group leader.


Due to the SUP's limited wind and wave resistance, if the wind and waves are strong but still within safe limits, a kayak may be used to continue the activity with the participant's consent. No refund will be given for this change.

On the day of the activity, if the on-site instructor determines that the sea conditions are bad or it is not suitable for sailing due to safety concerns, the activity will be cancelled and the refund will be made after deducting some personnel and administrative insurance fees of 100 yuan per person.
