Kyushu Oita Classic Day Tour - Dazaifu, Yufuin, Beppu (Chinese/Fukuoka)

[Registration Instructions]
- This tour is for one person only and departs daily.
- According to Japanese law, the vehicle cannot be used for more than 10 hours. Therefore, the tour guide may adjust the itinerary based on the actual situation on the day.
- We will do our best to accommodate seating requests, but since we are sharing a ride, seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Please inform us of any special requests in the notes section. Final arrangements will be subject to coordination with the tour guide.
- This is a group tour. Please note that there may be guests speaking other languages traveling together.
- During the group tour, you cannot leave the tour early or during the tour. If you leave the tour on your own, the uncompleted portion will be considered forfeited and no refund will be given. You will be responsible for any subsequent consequences.
- Seasonal events (such as cherry blossoms, autumn leaves, special flower seasons, illuminations, fireworks, snow scenes, hot spring seasons, festivals, etc.) are subject to weather and force majeure. If the event does not meet your expectations, no refund will be given. Please refer to official notification for details.

[Meet-up Instructions]
- As this day tour is a shared ride, please be sure to arrive at the meeting point or attraction on time. No refunds will be issued for late arrivals, and any delays will be at your own expense.
- The journey is long, and the actual arrival time is subject to traffic and weather conditions. The above is only an estimate. We recommend avoiding alternative itineraries. We are not responsible for any losses caused by delays.
- Our company will not provide tour guide and vehicle information in advance. Please meet at the designated time and location. Your guide will be wearing an orange vest and holding a white [Easygo] flag.

[Prices]
- Each guest may bring a maximum of one piece of luggage free of charge (regardless of size). Please note this in the "Special Requests" section when placing your order. Failure to provide additional luggage without prior notification may result in overcrowding and compromise safety. The tour guide reserves the right to refuse boarding without refund.
- We will arrange different car types based on the number of people traveling; we are unable to specify specific car types.
- Guests with tattoos are not permitted to enter public hot spring facilities and must use the private hot springs at their own expense.
- Beppu Ropeway: The round-trip cable car fee (1,800 yen per adult) is not included in the itinerary and must be paid on-site in cash only.

※ If the cable car is out of service or the view is poor, we will instead go to Umi Jigoku.

- Satojigoku: Entrance fee, hot spring egg and soda water are included, along with a free foot bath. Satojigoku offers free foot baths; please bring a towel for easy access.

[Other Information]
- In the event of inclement weather or force majeure, the park may temporarily adjust facilities or cancel performances. Please note that the itinerary may be adjusted due to weather or safety concerns. Staff reserve the right to cancel outdoor activities and make alternative arrangements.
- Transportation, sightseeing, and duration of stays are subject to availability on the day. In case of traffic jams or weather conditions, the tour guide may adjust the order of the tour without reducing the number of attractions.
