Farm Tomita is famous for its vast lavender fields. The unique multicolored fields, featuring five different flower varieties, the distillery that produces lavender essential oil, and the flower shop selling flower products and souvenirs are particularly popular.

Typically, lavender blooms from late June to late September, with peak season occurring in mid-to-late July. Every summer, the vast landscape is bathed in vibrant colors, and the delicate fragrance and vibrant colors of lavender leave visitors with fond memories.

Since Biei Town is nestled in the vast hills of Hokkaido, its beauty wasn't originally as stunning as it is today. It's the result of the hard work of the people who created it.

In summer, it boasts vibrant flower fields, while in winter, the hills are blanketed in a blanket of white snow. Visiting once isn't enough. Be sure to visit both summer and winter to experience the diverse colors of Shikisai-no-Oka!

The Tokachi-dake Observation Deck stands 930 meters above sea level, directly below the main peak of Tokachi-dake in Daisetsuzan National Park. From here, you can take in a panoramic view of not only Asahidake, the main peak of the Daisetsuzan Mountains, but also Biei-dake, Biei-Fuji, and Kamifurano-dake, among other peaks. From your feet, you can enjoy a breathtaking 360-degree panoramic view stretching from Asahikawa City to Furano City, a truly breathtaking experience. In summer, it serves as a base for Tokachi-dake climbers. The Tokachi-dake Observation Deck shelter was newly completed on October 19, 2016.

- The lavender viewing season is typically from late June to early August. The peak lavender season may be advanced or delayed due to weather conditions. Once the group has decided to depart, the tour will depart even if the season is not at its peak.

Cancellation Clauses

Cancellation Policy for Local Day Tours in Japan

Cancellations made 12 days or more before the selected itinerary date will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made between 8 and 11 days before the selected itinerary date will incur a 20% handling fee.

Cancellations made between 3 and 7 days before the selected itinerary date will incur a 30% handling fee.

Cancellations made between 1 and 2 days before the selected itinerary date will incur a 50% handling fee.

Cancellations made between 0 and 10 days before the start of the itinerary will not receive a refund.

If the event is affected by force majeure (e.g., typhoon warnings, heavy rain alerts, etc.), the organizer will determine whether to cancel the event. A refund will be issued to the original payment method after deducting necessary expenses.

Requests for rescheduling due to personal reasons will be deemed cancellations and will be handled in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined above.

If participation is terminated during the event due to reasons not attributable to the organizer, no refund will be given.
