- Children aged 3 and above are charged the adult rate, while children under 36 months old are free. (Children who ride for free do not receive meals, seats, or admission tickets.)
The Yeongjongdo Seaside Rail Bike ride is designed for four people per ride. The tour guide will allocate a ride based on the number of people on the day. If you require a separate four-person ride, please select the designated ride surcharge when booking. If you do not specify, we will arrange it based on the number of people on the day.
Seasonal fruit and ginseng availability may be affected by weather. The departure date is the recommended optimal picking time. If the fruit is not in perfect condition, such as size or sweetness, the company will not be held responsible and will not provide any refunds or compensation.
If the Luge ride is unable to proceed due to a temporary closure or other reasons, the tour will be rerouted to Fairy Tale Village. Guests will not be eligible for refunds or other compensation of equivalent value.
Children aged 95-120cm or over 48 months to under 10 years old must ride with an adult on the Luge ride. - Participants over 120cm tall and children 10 years and older must ride their own vehicle.
- Participants 65 years and older are not permitted to ride the luge; they can take the cable car instead.
- Traffic conditions are difficult to predict, and the above itinerary may be adjusted based on on-site conditions.
[ Itinerary Information ]
- To ensure fairness to all guests, it is the responsibility of the guest to arrive at the meeting point on time. Late arrivals will not be entertained, and our staff will not be responsible for informing or waiting for guests. If a guest is unable to arrive on time due to personal reasons, no refund will be given. Please note this.
- Due to frequent traffic congestion in South Korea, we strongly recommend that guests avoid arriving in Korea on the first day or returning to their home country on the last day to avoid missing the meeting point or missing their flight.
- The above times are approximate and are subject to change based on traffic and weather conditions. Departure will continue in the event of rain, but guests will not be able to cancel their tour and request a refund or change the departure date. Please note this.
- From December to April, there's a limited-time Korean strawberry picking experience at a strawberry farm. Each person can pick 400 grams of strawberries.
- From May to November, there's a limited-time ginseng picking experience at a ginseng farm. Each person can take home one ginseng root.
- Railbikes are designed for four people and will be randomly assigned on-site. Additional charges apply if you request a separate two-seater bike or a three-person four-seater bike. For two people, please purchase an additional two-seater bike. For a three-person group requesting a four-seater bike, please purchase an additional four-seater bike.
