Travel Notes

- If you need to reserve tickets, please provide your email address in the "Notes" field to facilitate ticket information delivery.
- Once your reservation is confirmed, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided.
- On your reserved date, please visit the attraction and present your QR code electronic voucher for entry.
- The hot spring pools are divided into European and Asian sections, and are designated for men and women. On even-numbered months, the European section is reserved for men, while the Asian section is reserved for women. The reverse is true on odd-numbered months.
- Facility fees may vary depending on the date, so please check frequently.
- Between midnight and 5:00 AM, an additional 1,300 yen cash fee must be paid on-site to enter and exit SPA WORLD, as well as to stay within the facility.
- Photography is prohibited throughout the facility, and you are requested to bring your own food and beverages.

Bath Information:
- Swimwear is not permitted in the hot spring pools, except for the 8th-floor pool.
- Guests with long hair should tie their hair up and avoid soaking it in the pool.
- Those with tattoos (including those with adhesive tape) are not permitted to enter the baths.
- Those with skin diseases or those wearing artificial anuses are prohibited from entering the baths.
- Those who are menstruating or have diarrhea should refrain from entering the baths.
- Please avoid entering the baths before or after eating or drinking alcohol, as this can put strain on the heart and digestive organs.
- You may bring your own swimwear and a standard lifebelt.
- Bathing in hot springs and saunas should be limited to a minimum.
- Guests with medical conditions, including those who are pregnant, should follow their doctor's advice.
- It is extremely dangerous for children to enter the baths alone; they must be accompanied by an adult.
