Travel Notes

╴ The pick-up date selected at the time of booking is for reference only. You can pick up your card any day before December 31, 2020, at any counter.
╴ Includes ¥1,500 in stored value and a ¥500 deposit. If you wish to return your SUICA card after your trip, you can do so at a JR East counter and receive your ¥500 deposit back.
╴ If your SUICA card is not used for 10 years after its last use, it will expire. When you replace your card, any unused stored value on your old card can be transferred to your new one.
╴ Children aged 0-5 can ride free on transportation eligible for the SUICA card. Children aged 6-11 can purchase an adult card for this product or a real-name child card at a JR East counter.

Cancellation Clauses

Cancellations made 7 days prior to the start of the trip will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made 4-6 days (including the 6th day) prior to the start of the trip will incur a 30% handling fee.

Cancellations made 3 days (including the 3rd day) prior to the start of the trip will not receive a refund.

Cancellations made on the start date of the trip will not receive a refund.

If the event is affected by force majeure (e.g., typhoon warnings, heavy rain alerts, etc.), the organizer will determine whether to cancel the event. A full refund may be offered, or the participant may choose to reschedule the event.

Rescheduling requests due to personal reasons will be deemed cancellations and will be handled in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined above.

If participation is terminated due to reasons not attributable to the organizer, no refund will be given.
