[Booking Information]
╴ This tour is only for travelers aged 6-64 and weighing over 20 kg or under 120 kg.
╴ This tour accepts reservations of two or more people; individual registrations are not accepted.
╴ The minimum group size is 10. If the minimum group size is not reached, the whale watching tour will be cancelled. Please be informed at least one day before the tour.
╴ The type of whale watching vessel used may vary depending on the number of reservations.
╴ Please note that Naha does not have easy boarding facilities or barrier-free facilities. For safety reasons, please do not wear high heels. If you have mobility issues, please consider your own physical condition before booking.
╴ Travelers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a guardian, or the guardian must complete and sign a consent form in advance.
╴ When booking, please provide the English passport names of all participants, as well as their age, height, and weight.
╴ Pregnant or expectant mothers are not accepted. If the captain refuses to board the boat on the day of the tour, no refund or compensation will be provided.

╴ The tour time may change depending on whale watching conditions. Please understand this.
╴ The tour may be canceled or rescheduled due to weather conditions.
╴ If the tour is canceled due to weather conditions, you can join the tour on a different day while you are in Okinawa.
╴ For safety reasons, please wear a life jacket at all times.

[Whale Watching Day Information]
╴ This tour does not provide transfers. Please proceed to the meeting point on your own.
╴ Guests prone to seasickness are advised to take seasickness medication beforehand.
╴ For safety reasons, walking on board while the boat is moving is prohibited. Life jackets must be worn at all times during the cruise.
╴ The tour time is subject to change depending on whale tracking conditions. Please understand this.
╴ The total tour duration is 3 hours, but if whales are sighted early, we will return to port early.
╴ Whale sightings will last approximately 60 minutes. The captain will determine whether to return to port early based on sea conditions, the guest's physical condition, and the presence of whales. Please understand that no refunds or other refunds will be issued in these circumstances.
╴ The use of drones is prohibited on board.
╴ If the boat is able to sail on the day, we cannot provide refunds or compensation due to personal reasons such as illness or lateness. Please understand this.
╴ Okinawa's winter sea conditions can be highly volatile, and waves can suddenly rise. Therefore, we may refuse to allow children or elderly guests to board the boat depending on the current wave conditions. Please understand that this may happen. In such cases, we will contact you as soon as possible to refund or reschedule your tour.
╴ If you disobey the instructions of the boat crew or repeatedly engage in dangerous behavior, our staff reserves the right to refuse you boarding or continuing the tour. You will not be able to request a refund based on this reason.
╴ Lunch is not included in the tour.
╴ For safety reasons, guests who are hungover or have consumed alcohol on the day of the tour will be refused boarding and will not receive a refund. Please note that any unsafe behavior will be prohibited on board.
╴ Please bring your own waterproof clothing (water splashes onto the boat during movement) and cold weather gear on the day of the tour.
╴ The tour may be cancelled due to insufficient group size, poor weather, or sea conditions. In such cases, we will contact you as soon as possible to refund or reschedule your tour. Due to the highly volatile weather in Okinawa, it's possible that sailing conditions may not be permitted until check-in on the day of departure. Please be advised.
╴ If your trip is canceled due to weather or insufficient group size, you can reschedule your visit free of charge during the 2025 whale watching season.
If the parasailing tour is canceled, a refund of ¥6,500 will be made after deducting the whale watching fee.

As whales are wild, if no whales are sighted on the day, compensation will be provided as follows:
①★ Reservation on a later date (until April 6, 2025)
②★ Full refund
Full refund available: February 1, 2025 - March 15, 2025
(Parasailing refund: Adult ¥5,500 / Child ¥4,500)
Non-refundable: December 21, 2024 - January 31, 2025, March 16, 2025 - April 6, 2025

However, please note that compensation will not be provided if the following conditions are met.
● A whale spouting event was observed from a distance.
● Two or more guests sighted a whale on the day.

[Parasailing Activity Information]
╴ Sometimes the activity will proceed even in rain. If the activity is scheduled to proceed, cancellation fees will apply for personal reasons. Please be aware of this.
╴ The activity time may be changed or canceled depending on sea conditions, weather conditions, and the number of participants.
╴ Please wear clothing that can withstand getting wet; casual clothing is sufficient. If you are concerned, bring a change of clothing. High heels or skirts are prohibited.
╴ Guests with circulatory, respiratory, or mental illnesses, high blood pressure, otitis media, epilepsy, diabetes, liver disease, medication, hangovers, or who have consumed alcohol on the day of the activity are not permitted to participate. In the event of a health condition preventing the tour, no refund will be issued.
╴ Life jackets must be worn at all times during the activity.
╴ For safety reasons, guests who are hungover or have consumed alcohol on the day of the trip will be denied boarding and will not receive a refund. Please note this.
╴ There are no restrooms on board. If needed, please use the restrooms at the port before the activity.
╴ As there is no storage space on board, please keep your valuables safe.
╴ Please wear sun protection; umbrellas are not permitted on board.
╴ The captain will determine the number of participants allowed at a time based on the guest's weight and the prevailing wind direction. You may need to experience the activity solo or with a crew member. Please understand this.

[Action Camera Borrowing Instructions]
※ The action camera will be handed to you upon arrival at the activity location before the flight. You are responsible for recording your own footage. The video file will be sent to you via Airdrop or LINE during the return trip. The video file will be deleted after the activity. Please remember to check that you have saved the video file after the activity.
