– About the Itinerary | Dining with Maiko –

The one-and-a-half-hour meal is divided into two sections, each featuring a five-minute Maiko performance. While you enjoy the performance and savor the food, the beautiful Maiko will pour you drinks and engage in conversation. With a Chinese interpreter accompanying you, sharing a meal with Maiko is no longer a distant dream. Afterward, you can take a photo with the Maiko, capturing this beautiful moment forever.

Travel Notes

╴ Meal times are from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. The exact meal and meeting time will be sent to you by email after placing your reservation.
╴ Collarless T-shirts, shorts, sandals, and flip-flops are strictly prohibited. No refunds will be given if you are denied entry due to non-compliant attire.
╴ Please arrive at the restaurant on time. No refunds will be given if you are denied entry due to personal reasons.
╴ The restaurant you choose will be either Takemoro or Awata Sanso. If the restaurant you requested is unavailable, we will make a reservation for the other restaurant.
╴ The meal for this event will be delicious seasonal cuisine. Requests for menu changes or modifications will not be accepted.
╴ Each event will be accompanied by a maiko.

Cancellation Clauses

Cancellations made 7 days prior to the start of the trip will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made 4-6 days (including the 6th day) prior to the start of the trip will incur a 30% handling fee.

Cancellations made 1-3 days (including the 3rd day) prior to the start of the trip will not receive a refund.

Cancellations made on the start date of the trip will not receive a refund.

If the event is affected by force majeure (e.g., typhoon warnings, heavy rain alerts, etc.), the organizer will determine whether to cancel the event. A refund will be issued to the original payment method after deducting necessary expenses.

Rescheduling due to personal reasons will be deemed a cancellation and will be handled in accordance with the above cancellation policy.

If participation is terminated during the event due to reasons not attributable to the organizer, no refund will be given.
