[ Booking Tips ]
★ Due to low water levels in the south, the tour may be rerouted to a higher-flowing stream. This will be announced before departure. Those who are willing can register.
． After booking, please be sure to complete your participant information on the order form. This includes personal insurance, height, weight, and foot length (barefoot length). Please fill in centimeters (cm) to facilitate the preparation of your complete trekking equipment.
． If you are particularly large or petite, please inform customer service in advance.
． Transportation is not included. After meeting up, you must provide your own transportation to the trekking destination along with the instructor's vehicle.
． Please inform us if you have any past or current medical conditions, such as dizziness, arthritis, heart disease, pregnancy or childbirth within the past year, high blood pressure, major surgery, stroke, diabetes, or other medical conditions (if you have asthma, please bring your own medication). We will make special arrangements for your individual needs. We assume no legal responsibility for any accidents that occur without notification.

[Group Information]

． The activity requires a minimum of 6 participants. Confirmation will be made at least 5 days in advance. If the group cannot be completed due to insufficient numbers, we may reschedule, change the activity, or cancel and refund the group.

． If the group cannot be completed due to insufficient numbers after the registration deadline, we will notify you of the rescheduling or full refund. Please pay attention to the phone or email message.

． For activities with more than 20 participants, we will split the group into smaller groups for safety and environmental reasons. Depending on the difficulty level of the activity, one instructor will not lead more than 5-8 people.
[Itinerary Information]
． To maintain the safety and quality of the activity, please arrive on time. If you are more than 30 minutes late, you will be escorted to the destination without waiting and will not be refunded. Please note that if you are late for more than 30 minutes, you will not be allowed to wait for the departure date and will not be refunded.
． Life jackets must be worn during the activity and are not allowed to be removed. Violators will be held responsible for their own actions.
． All safety equipment used in the activity is certified by the UIAA International Mountaineering Federation and the EN European Standards Committee.
． Alcoholic beverages are prohibited during the activity.
． A large pot of noodles will be provided for lunch on the day of the activity. Vegetarian options can be accommodated.
． A shared waterproof bag is provided for the activity (shared by approximately 5-8 people). If you need to bring personal items into the water, please wrap them in a personal waterproof bag or two or more layers of plastic bag and place them in the shared waterproof bag. Participants will take turns carrying these items during the activity.


During the river tracing activity, the instructor will assist in taking photos of the activity and make them available for download online. Please inform us in advance if you are unable to upload photos; otherwise, it will be deemed that you have consented to their publication.


Please do not bring your own camera into the water if it is not waterproof.


After the river tracing activity, changing tents will be provided on-site for simple changing (no showering or hairdryers available).
