- Participants must be 13 years of age or older. Those under 18 must be accompanied by a guardian or adult.
- For your safety, if you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol, the local instructor reserves the right to refuse entry to the water without refund.
- The itinerary is for reference only and may be adjusted based on weather and traffic conditions. Please refer to the actual conditions on the day.
- This activity is not suitable for pregnant women or those with a history of hypertension, cardiovascular disease, heart disease, epilepsy, or other medical conditions. Please do not register.
- A professional photographer will take photos on the day of the activity. Passengers can browse and purchase the photos after the activity.
- The correct pick-up time will be notified via SMS text message the day before the trip. If you do not receive the pre-trip SMS by 7:00 PM local time in Cairns, please call the emergency number. It is recommended that you enable roaming to receive messages. If you change your local Australian SIM card, please notify Qubaline customer service at least 24 hours before the departure date to update your mobile number.
- Please wait for the driver at the hotel entrance at least 5-10 minutes before departure on the day of your trip. Pickup and drop-off is only available from hotels in Cairns city. Additional charges will apply if the pick-up location is outside the city.
