- Children under 4 years old, pregnant women, and those with mobility impairments are not permitted on this tour. Please note.

- Passengers who have scuba dived the night before the flight will not be accepted. Passengers who have scuba dived the night before the flight must consult a certified scuba instructor to determine if it is safe for them to participate in a hot air balloon flight the following day. Hot air balloon flights typically fly at an altitude of 2,500 feet and typically do not exceed 4,500 feet. Passengers who have scuba dived the night before the flight are responsible for any consequences of participating in a hot air balloon flight.
- If a passenger's mental state and judgment are impaired by alcohol, drugs, or prescription medication, they will not be allowed to fly. No refund will be given in such cases.
