- Children under 4 years old, pregnant women, and those with mobility impairments are not permitted on this tour. Please note.

- Passengers who have scuba dived the night before the flight will not be accepted. Hot air balloon flights typically fly at an altitude of 2,500 feet and typically do not exceed 4,500 feet. - If a passenger's mental state and judgment are impaired by alcohol, drugs, or prescription medication, they will not be allowed to fly. No refund will be given in such cases.
