Have you ever seen the vibrant yellow of Hsinchu in autumn? Every autumn marks the season for mullet roe harvesting and the annual persimmon (dried dried persimmon) harvest. Plan a day of hiking in the fishing village, where you'll learn about the mullet roe farming process and savor a delicious mullet meal amidst the village's coastal scenery. Then, head to the persimmon orchards in Xinpu to learn about the persimmon industry and sample various varieties with "persimmon cake expert" Liu Xingwu. On autumn afternoons, sunbathe among the persimmons in a red brick and tiled house and experience the most beautiful autumn colors of this century-old Hakka village.

▲ Fule Leisure Fishing Village
Fule Leisure Fishing Village is located in the Bazaiku mullet aquaculture area in Zhubei. This is the largest mullet aquaculture area in northern Taiwan, covering approximately 60 hectares and boasting an astonishing yield. Bazaiku, located near the seaport, boasts abundant sunshine at a high altitude, coupled with Hsinchu's natural characteristics such as the Jiujiang wind. The resulting mullet roe is not only of the highest quality, but also boasts a unique flavor, with sweet, plump flesh and plump roe. The fishing village owners have even developed a variety of unique mullet dishes that will revolutionize everyone's perception of mullet roe and its taste!

▲ Jinhan Persimmon Cake Education Farm

Located in the persimmon specialty area of Hankengli, Xinpu Township, the Jinhan Persimmon Cake Farm was established in 1947. Mr. Liu, the current owner of the Jinhan Persimmon Cake Farm, has inherited the persimmon cake business pioneered by his ancestors and incorporated engineering management techniques to transform the traditional persimmon cake industry. At the Jinhan Persimmon Cake Farm, visitors can admire the beautiful golden color of dried persimmons, learn about the industry and its ecology, and experience making and dyeing persimmons.

- This tour is subject to change based on the number of participants, the nature of the event, weather conditions, and other factors. The company will not announce this change.
- Please meet on time on the day of the activity. No refunds will be given if a passenger is separated from the group or cannot meet up due to personal reasons.
- This tour is a shared vehicle tour; the vehicle model used will be adjusted based on the number of participants who register on the day of departure.
- Seating will be freely selected on the day of check-in. We cannot assist with pre-arranged parking spaces.
- The bus is a confined space. Please do not bring pets or dangerous items on board to avoid affecting the rights and safety of other passengers.
- If you are unable to board the bus or disembark during a trip due to personal reasons, your trip will be deemed abandoned and no refund or rebooking will be accepted.
- Activity Completion: If the group cannot be completed due to insufficient number of participants, you will be notified before the trip to reschedule or receive a full refund.
- Passengers agree that they are solely responsible for any cancellation or postponement costs incurred after ordering or paying for this product.

Any expenses not specified in this activity, any self-funded expenses or any expenses incurred in connection with the itinerary.

Cancellation Clauses

Cancellations made 14 days before the start of the trip will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made 10-13 days (including the 10th day) before the start of the trip will incur a 30% handling fee.

Cancellations made 7-9 days (including the 7th day) before the start of the trip will incur a 50% handling fee.

Cancellations made 4-6 days (including the 4th day) before the start of the trip will incur a 60% handling fee.

Cancellations made 2-3 days (including the 2nd day) before the start of the trip will incur a 70% handling fee.

Cancellations made 1 day before the start of the trip will incur an 80% handling fee.

Cancellations made on the start day of the trip are not eligible for a refund.

If the event is affected by force majeure (e.g., typhoon warnings, heavy rain alerts, etc.), the organizer will determine whether to cancel the event. A refund will be issued after deducting a 10% handling fee. Alternatively, you can choose to reschedule your event, in which case no payment will be deducted.

If a request to reschedule is made due to personal reasons, it will be deemed a cancellation and will be handled in accordance with the cancellation policy above.

If you cancel your participation during the event due to reasons not attributable to the organizer, no refund will be given.
