Travel Notes

Kaohsiung Cijin SUP water activities are suitable for ages 12 and up. Each person is assigned one board.

Kaohsiung Cijin SUP activities require a minimum of five boards. Availability will be confirmed at least three days in advance. If the group cannot be rescheduled due to insufficient numbers, rescheduling, rescheduling, or cancellation with a refund is available.

After the registration deadline, if insufficient numbers are available to complete the tour, you will be notified of the rescheduling or full refund. Please pay attention to phone or email messages.

The distance and route of the Cijin SUP water activities will be adjusted by the instructor based on site and weather conditions.

Life jackets must be worn during the activity and are prohibited from being removed. Violators will be held responsible for their own actions.

During the Cijin SUP activity, instructors will assist in taking photos of the activity and make them available for download online. The company reserves the right to use these photos for website, social media, or advertising. If you do not wish to have these photos published online, please notify the instructor who took the photos.
Please do not bring your camera into the water if it is not waterproof.

During the activity, please follow the instructor's instructions. The company is not responsible for any unsafe behavior or detachment from the group.

The cost includes:

- Full equipment rental: SUP, life jacket, leash, and paddle

Cancellation Clauses

Cancellations made 32 days prior to the start of the trip will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made 7-31 days before the start of the trip (including the 31st day) will incur a 30% handling fee.

Cancellations made 1-6 days before the start of the trip (including the 6th day) will incur a 50% handling fee.

Cancellations made on the day of the trip are not eligible for a refund.

If the event is affected by force majeure (e.g., typhoon warnings, heavy rain alerts, etc.), the organizer will determine whether to cancel the event. A 10% handling fee will be deducted for a refund. Alternatively, you can choose to reschedule your trip to a different date, in which case no refund will be charged.

Rescheduling requests due to personal reasons will be deemed cancellations and will be handled according to the cancellation policy above.

If participation is terminated due to reasons not attributable to the organizer, no refund will be given.
