Moerenuma Park is an environmental art park designed by artist Isamu Noguchi, who dedicated his life to the creation of this art installation. During this experience, you can enjoy a snowshoeing experience across the vast park's lawn. Wearing specialized snow boots, let's "scramble" through the snow together! Living on the equator, we're not used to walking in the snow, so this experience will give you a fresh feel for walking in the snow in northern countries!

Travel Notes

- Children under 8 are not permitted to participate; children under 15 must be accompanied by a parent. Height must be at least 145 cm.
- Pregnant women and those with serious medical conditions are not permitted to participate. No refunds will be given if the instructor professionally determines that the experience is unable to participate.
- Cancellations due to force majeure require proof of cancellation and may be rescheduled or refunded.
- Because this activity takes place in a snowy area with unpredictable weather, if unexpected weather conditions, strong winds, snow, or other factors that impair visibility are beyond our control or to ensure the safety of the participants, the activity may be temporarily canceled. While the experience fee will be refunded, no compensation will be given for transportation, accommodation, or other expenses. Please note that if the weather changes suddenly after the experience has begun, the tour guide will consider the safest and most comfortable options for the participants and may modify or even cancel the experience. No refunds or compensation will be given.
- Please follow the tour guide's instructions throughout the experience. Do not leave the group or disregard their instructions. We are not responsible for any injuries caused by personal reasons.

Cancellation Clauses

Cancellations made 7 days prior to the start of the trip will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made 4-6 days (including the 6th day) prior to the start of the trip will incur a 30% handling fee.

Cancellations made 1-3 days (including the 3rd day) prior to the start of the trip will not receive a refund.

Cancellations made on the start date of the trip will not receive a refund.

If the event is affected by force majeure (e.g., typhoon warnings, heavy rain alerts, etc.), the organizer will determine whether to cancel the event. A refund will be issued to the original payment method after deducting necessary expenses.

Rescheduling due to personal reasons will be deemed a cancellation and will be handled in accordance with the above cancellation policy.

If participation is terminated during the event due to reasons not attributable to the organizer, no refund will be given.
