Travel Notes

- If the minimum number of participants is less than 4, a cancellation email will be sent 3 days prior to departure.
- Guests prone to seasickness should bring their own seasickness medication and take it before departure. The tour will not be canceled due to personal health issues.
- Excursions are subject to weather conditions. If the tour is cancelled due to inclement weather, the tour will be rescheduled or fully refunded. (Since weather is uncontrollable, guests cannot file complaints or claims based on this.)
- All itinerary arrangements are subject to final confirmation based on local conditions (e.g., weather or other factors). The company reserves the right of final interpretation.

Cancellation Clauses

Cancellations made 10 days prior to the start of the trip will incur a handling fee of NT$1,100.

Cancellations made 5-10 days (including the 10th day) prior to the start of the trip will incur a handling fee of NT$2,200.

Cancellations made 5 days prior to the start of the trip (including the 5th day) will not be refunded.

Cancellations made on the day of the trip will not be refunded.

If the event is affected by force majeure (e.g., typhoon warnings, heavy rain alerts, etc.), the organizer will determine whether to cancel the event. A 10% handling fee will be deducted from the booking fee and a refund will be issued. Alternatively, the participant can choose to reschedule their trip, in which case no refund will be issued.

Requests for rescheduling due to personal reasons will be deemed cancellations and will be handled in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined above.

If participation is terminated during the event due to reasons not attributable to the organizer, no refunds will be given.
