Two-Day Trip to Alpensia Ski Resort in Pyeongchang, Including a Ranch Experience and Strawberry Picking

╴ For guest safety, this skiing tour is only open to guests aged 4 and above.
╴ Tickets for the Ski Experience and Hot Spring Water Park are included in the tour price. No refunds will be issued if guests do not use these for personal reasons.
╴ Snowfall is a natural phenomenon and beyond human control. Please note that this is unacceptable.
╴ If you are unable to stay at the Alpensia Resort due to full occupancy, you will be accommodated at the RAMADA HOTEL & SUITES. Guests cannot request cancellation or price difference compensation due to this. Please note that this is unacceptable.
╴ Due to the Korean government's environmental protection policy, the resort will not provide toothpaste and toothbrushes, but towels and hair dryers will be provided.
╴ To ensure fairness to all guests, guests are responsible for arriving at the meeting point on time. Late arrivals will not be accommodated, and our staff are not responsible for notifying or waiting for guests. Please note that if guests are unable to arrive on time due to personal reasons, no refunds will be issued.
╴ Special Diet: Due to the diverse culinary culture in Korea, most restaurants only offer one menu. Meals provided on the itinerary are pre-ordered. If you have special dietary requirements, such as vegetarians or food allergies, please prepare them yourself. However, please note that no refunds will be given for any meal expenses.
╴ Due to frequent traffic congestion in Korea, we strongly recommend that you avoid arriving on the first day of the tour or returning to your home country on the last day to avoid missing the meeting point or flight.
╴ The above times are approximate and will be subject to change based on traffic and weather conditions. If the tour departs in the event of rain or snow, the tour will proceed as scheduled. Please note that no refunds or changes to the departure date will be accepted.
╴ If the tour needs to be cancelled due to force majeure such as inclement weather, we will notify you by 6:00 PM on the business day prior to departure and arrange for a rescheduling or refund.
╴ If the meeting time remains unchanged, guests are requested to arrive at the meeting point on time as originally scheduled. No further individual contact will be made prior to departure. However, if the meeting time is changed, the tour guide will contact guests via WhatsApp/Line/WeChat one to two days prior to departure. Please be sure to pay attention to this message and respond.
╴ All our tour buses are insured by the Korean government, but we recommend that guests purchase their own travel insurance for more comprehensive protection. As skiing is a high-risk sport, guests must purchase travel insurance with relevant coverage for their own safety.
╴ If any unexpected incidents occur during the tour, we will do our best to assist. However, we assume no responsibility for any injuries or deaths caused by unforeseen circumstances. Please note this.
