- Personal items such as towels and bath towels are not provided on board. Please bring your own.
- The actual tour time may vary depending on weather and traffic conditions. Please refer to the actual schedule on the day of the tour.
- Please ensure you arrive at least 30-40 minutes before the boat departs. If you are unable to board the boat for any reason, there will be no refunds.
- Children under 4 years old are not eligible for the tour. Please inform the number of children and their ages at the time of booking.
- You must be 12 years of age or older to participate in diving activities. Before diving, you must undergo a professional medical examination by the instructor. You may not participate in diving activities if you have any of the following medical conditions, including but not limited to asthma, respiratory problems, heart disease, epilepsy, diabetes, or medication.
- Regarding flight restrictions after diving: You cannot fly (or reach an altitude of 300 meters or above) within 12 hours after a dive. If you have multiple dives, you cannot fly for 24 hours afterward. Other activities such as skydiving, hot air balloon flights, and trips to Kuranda are also subject to restrictions.
- If you have special dietary requirements, such as vegetarians, we recommend bringing your own, as local restaurants may not accommodate them.
- All arrangements are subject to local conditions. Local authorities reserve the right to adjust tour arrangements at any time, and their decision and interpretation are final. We assume no responsibility for any additional expenses incurred due to personal reasons, strikes, weather, political factors, war, disasters, or other force majeure.
