Registration Instructions
． This Hehuan Peaks hiking tour is a self-organized group tour and is not open to individual travelers. It is suitable for groups of 2-7 people. For groups of 8 or more, please contact customer service.
． This tour can be arranged to depart from Taipei City (primarily Taipei Main Station or Guting MRT Station) or Banqiao Train Station, with return drop-off at the original boarding location. A single pick-up point is preferred. Please fill in the "Meeting Location" in your reservation details for arrangement.
． The age limit for this Hehuan Peaks hiking tour is 18 years old to 65 years old.
． Accommodation is primarily provided in six-person dorm rooms at the ski resort. Reservations cannot be made for specific room types, and rooms are assigned based on gender separation. Due to limited and highly sought-after spaces at the ski resort, advance reservations are required. We recommend booking one month in advance. If you are not accepted, you will be accommodated at a Cingjing B&B (Minsheng Orchard B&B in Cingjing or a nearby hotel. A surcharge or refund will be applied based on the actual booking price).


If you are unable to attend the ski resort after confirming your reservation, a refund will be issued after deducting a $1,000 per person administrative fee. Please accept this and register again.


When booking, please be sure to fill in the list of participants. Emergency contact information is required, and this person must not be a fellow traveler.


Please disclose any special medical conditions or chronic illnesses to ensure your suitability for the hike and avoid potential danger.


After confirming your registration and arrangements, the guide will create a LINE group for easy contact. We can further discuss equipment and climbing precautions. Please stay tuned for phone or email notifications.


In the event of unavoidable circumstances such as typhoons or heavy rain, tour members may choose to receive a full refund, minus an 8% administrative fee, or reserve their reservation for another tour.
． In the event of force majeure before departure or on the day of the tour, the guide reserves the right to make changes and refunds after deducting necessary expenses. Cancellations made by participants at their own discretion before departure will be considered personal reasons, and no refunds or postponements will be granted.

Tour Notice
． As lunch breaks on the Hehuan Peaks hike are held in the mountains, please prepare your own lunch for both days (e.g., bread, toast, dried meat, digestive biscuits, bacon, etc.). You can prepare your own food for easy portability and immediate consumption, or purchase it during the tour.
． Please arrive on time. Late arrivals will be deemed as forfeiture and no refunds will be given.

The actual itinerary is subject to change based on the guide's availability, weather conditions, and other factors.

Please be vigilant during the trip and follow the instructions of the tour leader or guide. Unauthorized actions or leaving the group are strictly prohibited.

Appropriate insurance has been purchased for this activity. However, due to the inherent risk and unpredictability of outdoor activities, participants are fully responsible for their own actions and consequences.

The mountainous areas covered by this activity experience significant temperature fluctuations. Daytime temperatures (on sunny days) can reach over 20°C, while nighttime temperatures can drop to as low as 10°C. Please bring warm clothing. Ultraviolet rays are strong in the mountains, so please bring sunscreen.

The mountainous environment prohibits littering, fruit peels, and kitchen waste. Please protect the beautiful mountains and forests by placing your own trash in a bag and carrying it down the mountain.
