- Please arrive at least 30-40 minutes before the boat departs. No refunds will be given if you are unable to board for any reason.
- Children under 4 years old are not charged. Please inform the number of children and their ages at the time of booking.
- Diving is only permitted if you are 12 years of age or older. A professional medical examination by the instructor is required before diving. Diving is prohibited if you have any of the following medical conditions, including but not limited to asthma, respiratory problems, heart disease, epilepsy, diabetes, or medication.
- Flight restrictions after diving: You cannot fly (or reach an altitude of 300 meters or above) within 12 hours after a single dive. If you have multiple dives, you cannot fly for 24 hours. Other activities such as skydiving, hot air balloon flights, and trips to Kuranda are also subject to restrictions.
- If you have special dietary requirements, such as vegetarians, we recommend bringing your own, as local restaurants may not accommodate them.
- All arrangements are subject to local conditions. Local authorities reserve the right to adjust travel arrangements at any time, and their decision and interpretation are final. We are not responsible for any additional costs incurred due to personal reasons, strikes, weather, political factors, war, disasters, or other force majeure.
