Travel Notes
- If the minimum number of participants is less than 4, a cancellation notification will be sent via email 3 days before the tour date.
- For safety reasons, each passenger must be assigned a seat. Infants under 4 years old are exempt from the entrance fee, but will be charged a basic parking fee (car seats are available). Please inform the number of participants and their ages at the time of booking.
- Day tour bus pick-up and drop-off times: Notice will be sent via text message the day before the tour. If you do not receive the pre-departure text message by 7:00 PM local time in Cairns, please call the emergency number. It is recommended that you enable roaming to receive messages. If you are switching to an Australian SIM card, please notify Qubaline customer service at least 24 hours before the tour date to update your phone number.
- On the day of the tour, please meet the driver at your hotel entrance at least 5-10 minutes before departure. Pick-up and drop-off is only available from hotels in the Cairns city area. Additional charges will apply for pick-up locations outside the city limits.
- Please be sure to meet at the designated pick-up location at the designated time and do not be late. If you are unable to join the tour due to personal reasons, you will be solely responsible for any losses. Thank you for your understanding. - The Port Douglas & Mossman Gorge Day Tour includes transfers. Please be patient and wait for the designated time. If the vehicle does not arrive after 10 minutes, please contact the emergency number provided in the SMS notification. Our staff will promptly coordinate arrangements. Thank you for your understanding.
- The Port Douglas & Mossman Gorge Day Tour is not an exclusive tour. Other guests may be traveling with you on the day of your tour. The exact number of participants will be determined on the day of your tour.
- If your day tour includes airport transfers, please inform us of your flight code and time in advance. Please schedule your arrival time two hours before the tour starts and your departure time two hours after the tour ends.
- During Christmas and Lunar New Year periods, there will be road closures and traffic congestion. The return trip will be based on the nearest hotel drop-off point, determined by the driver's discretion. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
- According to Australian transport laws, the tour guide cannot leave the bus after arriving at the pick-up location. Please be sure to board the bus on time. If you miss the bus due to personal reasons, no refunds will be given. Thank you for your understanding.
- If the tour cannot proceed due to force majeure factors such as traffic, weather, flight cancellations or changes, we will do our best to assist you in rescheduling.
- The itinerary sequence may be adjusted based on the circumstances of the day. Thank you for your understanding.

Cancellation Clauses
Cancellations made 61 days prior to the start of a trip will be charged a 30% handling fee.
Cancellations made 31-60 days (including the 60th day) prior to the start of a trip will be charged a 50% handling fee.
Cancellations made 15-30 days (including the 30th day) prior to the start of a trip will be charged an 80% handling fee.
Cancellations made 0-14 days (including the 14th day) prior to the start of a trip will be charged a 100% handling fee.
If the event is affected by force majeure (e.g., typhoon warnings, heavy rain alerts, etc.), the organizer will determine whether to cancel the event. A refund will be issued after deducting a 10% handling fee. Alternatively, you can choose to reschedule your event, in which case no refund will be made.
Rescheduling due to personal reasons will be deemed a cancellation and will be handled in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined above.
If you cancel your participation during the event due to reasons beyond the organizer's control, no refund will be given.
