Go in search of the mysterious blue glowworms. Your dedicated tour guide will explain their ecology. Admiring their shimmering beauty in the light-pollution-free bushland, paired with a sky filled with stars, is a truly romantic experience. Please note that firefly abundance depends on factors like weather and humidity, so a high number of fireflies cannot be guaranteed every day.

Travel Notes

- If the minimum number of participants is less than 4, a cancellation notification will be sent via email three days prior to the tour date.
- This tour runs from 6:30 PM to 10:30 PM and does not include dinner.
- The animals featured are wild animals, and viewing is subject to weather and environmental factors, especially for fireflies. (Guests specifically interested in viewing fireflies should choose carefully.)
- For safety reasons, each passenger must be assigned a seat. Infants under 4 years old are exempt from the entrance fee but will be charged a basic parking fee (car seats are available). Please inform the number of passengers and their ages at the time of booking.
- Day tour bus pick-up and drop-off times will be notified via text message the day before the tour. If you do not receive the pre-departure text message by 7:00 PM Cairns local time, please call the emergency number. It is recommended that you enable roaming to receive messages. If you are switching to an Australian SIM card, please update your phone number with Qubaline customer service at least 24 hours before the tour. - Please meet the driver at your hotel entrance at least 5-10 minutes before departure on the day of your trip. This tour only offers hotel pickup and drop-off in Cairns. Additional charges will apply for pickup outside the city limits.
- Please be sure to meet at the designated pickup location at the designated time. Please do not be late. This tour cannot be refunded, changed, or transferred to another bus, nor can it be joined midway. If you are unable to join this tour due to personal reasons, you will be solely responsible for any losses. Thank you for your understanding.
- This tour includes pick-up and drop-off services. Please be patient and wait at the agreed time. If the bus does not arrive after 10 minutes, please contact the emergency contact number provided in the SMS notification for your reservation. Our staff will promptly coordinate arrangements. Thank you for your understanding.
- This tour is a group tour for individual travelers, not a private tour. Other guests may be traveling with you on the day of your trip. The exact number of participants will be determined on the day of your trip.
- According to Australian traffic laws, the tour guide cannot leave the bus after arriving at the pickup location. Please be sure to board the bus on time. No refunds will be given if you miss the bus due to personal reasons. Thank you for your understanding.
- If a trip cannot be carried out due to force majeure factors such as traffic, weather, flight cancellations or rescheduling, we will do our best to assist you in rescheduling.
- The itinerary sequence may be adjusted based on circumstances, but all itinerary contents will be included. The final interpretation rights belong to the supplier.

Cancellation Clauses

Cancellations made 61 days prior to the start of a trip will be charged a 30% handling fee.

Cancellations made 31-60 days (including the 60th day) prior to the start of a trip will be charged a 50% handling fee.

Cancellations made 15-30 days (including the 30th day) prior to the start of a trip will be charged an 80% handling fee.

Cancellations made 0-14 days (including the 14th day) prior to the start of a trip will be charged a 100% handling fee.

If the event is affected by force majeure (e.g., typhoon warnings, heavy rain alerts, etc.), the organizer will determine whether to cancel the event. A refund will be issued after deducting a 10% handling fee. Alternatively, you can choose to reschedule your event, in which case no refund will be made.

Rescheduling due to personal reasons will be deemed a cancellation and will be handled in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined above.

If you cancel your participation during the event due to reasons beyond the organizer's control, no refund will be given.
