This two-day tour features the Australian Sky Mirror, a view only visible from July to October. Accommodation is at a hotel ideally located near the Melbourne Salt Lake, with a Chinese-speaking driver and guide providing commentary. Groups are limited to four and are fully booked. This two-day tour is only available until October 12th; miss out and you'll have to wait until next year!

— Day 1 | Two-Day Melbourne Salt Lake Tour —
Departing from Melbourne, your first stop will be the picturesque town of Bendigo. Explore Bendigo's beautiful and classic Victorian architecture. Enjoy lunch there. Afterward, head to your accommodation for a short break or a stroll around the area before enjoying dinner. Your Chinese-speaking guide will take you to a nearby convenience store to purchase dinner, snacks, and breakfast for the next day. At 5:30 PM, we'll depart for Lake Tyrrell, the mirror of Australia's sky. Formed by years of shifting sand and underground saltwater, Lake Tyrrell forms a vast salt marsh. Its surface is as pure as a mirror. Enjoy the stunning sunset and wait for night to slowly fall. If the weather is clear and time permits, wander beneath the Milky Way and marvel at the starry sky. At night, the lake reflects the twinkling stars, a breathtaking natural beauty that is truly worth experiencing.

— Day 2 | Two-Day Melbourne Salt Lake Tour —

After breakfast, we'll return to Lake Tyrrell to admire the shimmering pink salt lakes of Melbourne, Australia. We'll then return to Bendigo and visit Sacred Heart Cathedral, Australia's third-largest church. The majestic structure stands tall in the city center, its castle-like tower guiding visitors. Its soaring facade, adorned with ornate Baroque carvings, lends the church an air of dignity. After enjoying lunch in the small town, we departed for Melbourne in the afternoon. Along the way, we'd have the opportunity to admire the vibrant rapeseed blossoms. The wind turbines on the hillsides, combined with the golden blossoms, created a breathtaking scenery. We arrived in Melbourne city in the evening, concluding this unique two-day, one-night trip.

Travel Notes

- If the minimum number of participants is less than 4, a cancellation notice will be sent via email three days before the tour date.
- The above itinerary is an estimate only; the order of the itinerary may be adjusted due to weather, tides, and sunset conditions.
- This tour involves a long distance and is not recommended for children under 7 years old.
- This tour is not recommended for those with the following conditions: pregnant women, high blood pressure, heart disease, or asthma.
- Luggage is limited to one carry-on backpack per person; due to limited space in the vehicle, no large luggage is allowed.
- The tour guide will contact you by 7 PM the day before the tour to discuss the itinerary and any additional precautions. Please ensure that the email and mobile phone numbers you provide are correct and keep them on. If your mobile phone number changes due to a SIM card change or any other reason while you are in Australia, please inform the tour guide at least one day before the tour to contact you and confirm the meeting time. The emergency contact number will be sent via email after the reservation is completed.
- The bus departs on time. Please adhere to the meeting times provided by the tour guide between each leg. Latecomers will not be able to continue the tour or join the tour, and no refund will be given.
- The itinerary is for reference only. The actual itinerary may be adjusted based on weather and traffic conditions to ensure the smooth operation of the group. Please refer to the actual conditions on the day of the tour for details.
- Australian law recommends that children under the age of 7 use a child safety seat. Local tour operators are unable to provide these, so passengers are advised to bring their own. If passengers wish to bring a child safety seat or stroller, please indicate the number of seats in the reservation so that the local tour operator can accommodate them based on the available space. If children are seated in regular seats, caregivers are requested to help them fasten their seatbelts and assume all risks.
- For safety reasons, each passenger must be assigned a seat. Infants under 2 years old are exempt from the entrance fee but will pay the basic occupancy fee. Please inform the number of passengers and their ages at the time of booking.
- Any changes to the itinerary or delays due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances are the sole responsibility of the passenger. If the tour is canceled mid-trip or a portion of the activities are cancelled, all fees paid will not be refunded. Please purchase your own travel insurance.
- If Lake Tyrrell Accommodation is unavailable or due to force majeure, we will substitute accommodation of the same level based on availability.
- Smoking and pets are not permitted in Lake Tyrrell Accommodation rooms.
- Final information is subject to the voucher. The company reserves the right to make final decisions regarding interpretation and details.

Cancellation Clauses

Cancellations made 14 days before the start of the trip will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made 10-13 days (including the 10th day) before the start of the trip will incur a 30% handling fee.

Cancellations made 7-9 days (including the 7th day) before the start of the trip will incur a 50% handling fee.

Cancellations made 4-6 days (including the 4th day) before the start of the trip will incur a 60% handling fee.

Cancellations made 2-3 days (including the 2nd day) before the start of the trip will incur a 70% handling fee.

Cancellations made 1 day before the start of the trip will incur an 80% handling fee.

Cancellations made on the start day of the trip are not eligible for a refund.

If the event is affected by force majeure (e.g., typhoon warnings, heavy rain alerts, etc.), the organizer will determine whether to cancel the event. A refund will be issued after deducting a 10% handling fee. Alternatively, you can choose to reschedule your event, in which case no payment will be deducted.

If a request to reschedule is made due to personal reasons, it will be deemed a cancellation and will be handled in accordance with the cancellation policy above.

If you cancel your participation during the event due to reasons not attributable to the organizer, no refund will be given.
