Originally an experimental train used to connect rural villages in the early 20th century, it is now a major tourist attraction. This century-old steam train runs daily from Belgrave in the majestic Dandenong Ranges. Belgrave, nestled 227 meters above sea level in Dandenong National Park, features a station built in the style of an English country station, offering a tranquil and tranquil atmosphere. The Puffing Billy Steam Railway departs its first train daily at 10:30 AM, passing through the beautiful and pristine national park.

Travel Notes

- If the minimum number of participants is less than 4, a cancellation email will be sent 3 days prior to departure.
- The meeting time on the website is for reference only. We will notify you of the meeting time via email the night before departure. Please ensure you provide your correct email address when booking. Please ensure your phone is connected and check your email and text message inbox the day before departure. The latest information received the night before will be used as the final decision.
- The bus departs on time. Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes prior to departure and adhere to the meeting times provided by the tour guide between each leg. Latecomers will not be able to continue the tour or join the tour, and no refund will be given.
- This tour does not include meals. The driver or guide will escort you to a dining area, which is at your own expense. Furthermore, if you have special dietary requirements, such as vegetarians, please bring your own, as local restaurants may not accommodate these.
╴ If adults over 18 years old are unable to participate in the wine tasting due to personal reasons, no refund will be given and no other discounts will be offered.
- Australian law recommends that children under the age of 7 use a child safety seat. Local travel agencies are unable to provide these, so passengers are advised to bring their own. If you wish to bring a child safety seat or stroller, please inform the travel agency of the number of seats you wish to bring in the reservation so they can accommodate them based on vehicle space. If your child is seated in a regular seat, please ensure your caregiver fastens the child's seat belt and assumes all risks.
- For safety reasons, each passenger must be assigned a seat. Infants under 2 years old are exempt from the seat fee but must pay the basic occupancy fee. Please inform the number of passengers and their ages when booking.

Cancellation Clauses

Cancellations made 8 days prior to the start of the trip will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made 4-7 days (including the 7th day) prior to the start of the trip will incur a 50% handling fee.

Cancellations made 3 days (including the 3rd day) prior to the start of the trip will not receive a refund.

If the event is affected by force majeure (e.g., typhoon warnings, heavy rain alerts, etc.), the organizer will determine whether to cancel the event. A 10% handling fee will be deducted from the booking fee before the refund. Alternatively, the participant can choose to reschedule the event, in which case no refund will be made.

Rescheduling requests due to personal reasons will be deemed cancellations and will be handled in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined above.

If participation is terminated due to reasons not attributable to the organizer, no refund will be given.
