- If the minimum number of participants is less than 4, a cancellation email will be sent 5 days before departure.
- This tour does not include meals. Please bring your own lunch; there are restaurants in the town.
- The town's roads are mostly sandy and gravel, so flat shoes are recommended; avoid white or easily soiled shoes.
- The meeting time on this website is for reference only. The actual meeting time must be confirmed by the tour guide by 7:00 PM the night before departure. Please confirm your email and mobile phone number and keep your phone open for incoming calls. If your mobile phone number changes due to a SIM card change in Australia or other reasons, please contact the tour guide at the emergency contact number the day before departure to confirm the meeting time. The emergency contact number will be sent via email after the order is placed.

If children are seated in standard seats, caregivers are requested to help them fasten their seatbelts and assume all risks.

- This tour does not include meals, but the driver-guide will assist in taking passengers to a dining area, at which point passengers will be required to pay for their own meals. Cancellation Clauses

Cancellations made 8 days prior to the start of the trip will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made 4-7 days (including the 7th day) prior to the start of the trip will incur a 50% handling fee.

Cancellations made 3 days (including the 3rd day) prior to the start of the trip will not receive a refund.

If the event is affected by force majeure (e.g., typhoon warnings, heavy rain alerts, etc.), the organizer will determine whether to cancel the event. A 10% handling fee will be deducted from the booking fee before the refund. Alternatively, the participant can choose to reschedule the event, in which case no refund will be made.

Rescheduling requests due to personal reasons will be deemed cancellations and will be handled in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined above.

If participation is terminated due to reasons not attributable to the organizer, no refund will be given.
