Travel Notes
1. All tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
2. This ticket is for foreigners only. You must bring your passport or alien registration card to collect your ticket.
3. According to Korean Broadcasting Corporation regulations, children under the age of 16 are not allowed to enter the venue, even if accompanied by an adult.
4. This ticket is for non-reserved seating.
5. If it is confirmed that the ticket was purchased through improper means, the purchase will be forcibly cancelled.
6. Lost or damaged tickets are the sole responsibility of the ticket holder. Tickets cannot be reissued under any circumstances, and admission is not permitted without a ticket.
7. After the closing time, you may be denied entry or your standing room may be changed.
8. Items that may endanger the safety of others are prohibited. Such items include glass bottles, cans, glass, sharp objects, firecrackers, lighters, tools, blades, large suitcases, hard, angular objects, and unsealed paper bags containing large items.
9. Photography and filming are not permitted during the tour, in the studio, or at the recording location. Any photography or filming discovered will result in the deletion of photos and the removal of the photos.
10. Please arrive at the meeting point on time to avoid being denied entry and potentially impacting your rights.
11. Unauthorized pre-bookings and bookings by non-foreign nationals will be canceled, and no payment will be made. No refund will be given.
12. Travel insurance is not included. The company assumes no responsibility for bodily injury or death caused by force majeure or unforeseen circumstances. We strongly recommend that customers purchase appropriate insurance in advance.
13. The itinerary may be adjusted based on local conditions. The company assumes no responsibility or refunds for unforeseen safety inspections or closures of attractions.
14. Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes early. Latecomers or no-shows will not be held or refunded if the meeting time has passed.
15. We will contact you via WhatsApp/Line/WeChat or email to make any changes. Please ensure your personal information is correct.
16. If using Line/WeChat, please ensure you have enabled friend invitations and receive unsolicited messages, and ensure your ID is correct. We will not be held responsible or refunded if contact is interrupted due to any of the above reasons.
