All water activities on Nagannu Island, Kerama Islands, Okinawa, require advance reservations. Payment must be made in Japanese currency on the day of the activity. ▲Snorkeling boat trip 3,000 yen per person (60 minutes). Applicants must be 6 years of age or older and must be fluent in Japanese or English.
▲ Wakeboarding training: 10,000 yen (30 minutes). Only those with a foot size of 23cm or more and who can speak Japanese or English are allowed to participate.
▲ Wakeboarding: 3,000 yen per person (15 minutes). Only those with experience are allowed to participate.

[Daytime Itinerary Reminders]
– Please meet at Tokashiki Co., Ltd. (3-14-2 Tomari, Naha City, Okinawa Prefecture) on the day of your trip.
– If you are driving, please park your car in the nearby paid parking lot. The meeting point is approximately a 5-minute walk from the paid parking lot.
– Food and drinks are not permitted on the island. Please use the island's vendors and shops.
– An additional "Environmental Conservation Tax" (100 yen/person) is required and should be paid directly on the day of your trip.

(Exempt if you meet the following criteria: under 11 years old, or holder of a disability certificate.)
– (Currently, no transfer service is available.) For plans that include hotel transfers within Naha city, please provide your hotel information upon registration.

[Registration Notes]
– Pregnant guests are not permitted to register for this tour. (Our boat is a high-speed vessel and may affect unborn children.)
– There are no barrier-free areas for boarding and disembarking, or on the island. Please inform us in advance if you are unable to walk or require a wheelchair.
– Any rental equipment must be paid for in cash on the day. (Credit cards are not accepted.)
– The above travel time and arrival time may vary slightly depending on weather and sea conditions.
– Children, guests with disabilities, and the elderly may not be allowed on board due to safety concerns, especially if the sea is rough and windy.
– Please be mindful of the physical condition of children traveling with you (be aware of heatstroke and sun protection).
– To protect the marine environment, please help minimize waste. When showering on the island, please refrain from using shampoo or soap.
– Food and drinks are not permitted on the island. Trash on the island is removed by staff. Please help minimize waste. To preserve the island's pristine environment, please do not bring pets on board.


Please do not bring any sharp objects, guns, or large coolers on board.


There are designated swimming areas on the island. Do not swim in non-swimming areas.


Although lifeguards are on duty, please wear a life jacket at all times when swimming in swimming areas.


There are warning signs on the island regarding the presence of dangerous creatures. Please exercise due caution.


Nagannu Island covers an area of 196,000 square meters and is approximately 1.7 kilometers long from east to west. Visibility is limited on the island, so please observe the above island regulations and exercise due caution while on the island.


Inclement weather may result in cancellations on the day of the tour. Guests will be notified in advance. If cancellations are due to weather conditions, the fee will be refunded.

[Boat Snorkeling Tour]


Eligible individuals must be between 6 and 69 years old and in good health.

– Children under 15 must be accompanied by a guardian.
– Guests with otitis media, asthma, empyema, epilepsy, diabetes, or heart disease are not permitted to participate.
– A health confirmation form must be completed on the day of the activity. Please note that the instructor may decide not to participate at your discretion.
– A 50% cancellation fee will be charged for any unscheduled cancellations of the snorkeling activity on the day of the activity. Please note that a minor (under 20 years old) must complete and sign a consent form from their guardian to participate.
– Those who cannot understand Japanese or English are not permitted to participate in the snorkeling activity.

Cancellation Clauses

Cancellation Policy for Local Day Tours in Japan

Cancellations made 12 days or more before the selected itinerary date will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made between 8 and 11 days before the selected itinerary date will incur a 20% handling fee.

Cancellations made between 3 and 7 days before the selected itinerary date will incur a 30% handling fee.

Cancellations made between 1 and 2 days before the selected itinerary date will incur a 50% handling fee.

Cancellations made between 0 and 10 days before the start of the itinerary will not receive a refund.

 

If the event is affected by force majeure (e.g., typhoon warnings, heavy rain alerts, etc.), the organizer will determine whether to cancel the event. A refund will be issued to the original payment method after deducting necessary expenses.

 

Requests for rescheduling due to personal reasons will be deemed cancellations and will be handled in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined above.

If participation is terminated during the event due to reasons not attributable to the organizer, no refund will be given.

Please arrive at the meeting point on your own. If you are driving, please park in the paid parking lot located near the Tomari Port Cruise Building. The meeting point is approximately a 5-minute walk from the paid parking lot. The first hour is 200 yen, and each additional hour is 100 yen.
